Good place to stay in Welches

This is a great place to base a trip to the local area. Close to Mt Hood for skiing. Fairly close to Portland. Very friendly and helpful staff. The units are are well maintained, in our unit everything was immaculate and everything worked. This unit was also very quiet. Cell phone connection wasn't great (AT&T) but the WiFi works. Can't say much about the golf course, it was covered with snow! If you want to go for a walk there are places to do that. There is a small shopping center down the street with a grocery store in case you need something. We will stay here again.

Great family place to stay.

We love staying here. It is close to many outdoor sports. They maintain it well and shovel the sidewalks when there is a snowfall. The furniture is comfortable and there is a well equipped kitchen. Our kids came and spent one night with us and then took off skiing the next day. To be 15 minutes away from skiing is very convenient.

Diamond in the WOODS

two bedroom, two bathroom, roomy upstairs with a game room. Upstairs has a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, and a game room with two chairs that each convert to a single bed (kids loved them, 9 & 10 yr old). Downstairs is a master bedroom with it's own full bath. Full size table that seats 6 in an open floor plan of a kitchen, family room, and a dining room with sliding door. Gas fireplace. Entry way is quaint. Back drop to the place is an open field with the woods, very scenic. Heated pool and hot tub at the club house that also has a gift shop. Great location to grocery store, bakery, and snow fun. quick trips to Government camp or Sandy. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Great trip to Whispering Woods

We had requested to be in a certain area, and got the most perfect unit! The staff were very helpful with local information. Beautiful area, very peaceful and quiet this trip. Our unit was wonderful, looking out on the golf course. Hated to leave...could have easily stayed for 2 weeks instead of 1.

Great stay in the Mt. Hood area

We stayed here with our son & daughter-in-law and 18 mo. Old granddaughter. It’s a lovely place to stay, very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating! There is so much to see and do in the area. And we all had fun in the pool!
