The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We had booked a King room with a Rver patio online. When we arrived, he said that is not what we actually reserved. He made it right and gave us a King room on the river! The room was comfy and clean, nice upgrades. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the food from Sweetwaters was excellent. The renovated dining room and bar is fabulous!

Valley River Inn
We just stayed a week around Thanksgiving at the Valley River Inn in Eugene and everything was terrific! Rooms are large and very nice, the entire staff is great a great, and a lovely view of the Willamette - what could be better?

Great stay at the Valley River Inn
We stayed one night at the Valley River Inn in Eugene, Oregon, halfway on our road trip from Oakland, California to our home in Bellingham, Washington. We will stay here again. It was a perfect resting spot, clean, quiet, and convenient. Our king size room was spacious, and we enjoyed relaxing while watching a movie comedy. Dinner and breakfast at the Sweet Waters Restaurant were excellent. Look forward to spending more time here in the future.

Excellent!
Excellent hotel and phenomenal service! Stayed with their Park and Fly . Was perfect for parking our car and returning to spend the night in a beautifully decorated and comfortable room . Had dinner in the restaurant. The cocktails and food were superb. Thank you Vally River Inn.

Valley River Inn - Heaven on Earth
This Inn is incredible! Run and don't walk to get to stay here. From the friendly and thoughtful staff, YES EVERY ONE OF THEM, to the beauty and cleanliness of the room to the unbelievably delicious meal at Sweet Water. I will stay here whenever I am anywhere near the area. The river views, the amenities in the room were top notch (even an electric tea kettle). It has been renovated and looks and feels like such a luxurious inn. The spacious bathroom and changing area was also such a plus. We loved every single moment here. This place is a GEM!!!
