A wonderful ocean view inn at the South end of town at Tolovana Park. Enjoy ocean view rooms, gas fireplaces, kitchens, free Wi-Fi, decks, easy beach access, and indoor pool and spa. The inn has many dog friendly rooms and accepts dogs of all sizes. The spacious one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens are great for families.

Sometimes its nice to try a hotel thats not affiliated with any large chain. The Wayside was across the road from the ocean in Cannon Beach. On arrival there were fresh chocolate chip cookies for incoming guests. Hotel has no elevator - and three floors so stairs are mandatory. In a throwback to better days we were handed actual keys to the room door. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen and all utensils....Not large but everything needed was there. Room had a sitting area and a balcony the looked across the road to the ocean. Bedroom was euipped with needed two beds and they were very comfortable. Also nice that it had two bathrooms as well. Following morning at check out they also had various varieties of energy bars to get you started on your day. Would I return? Absolutely - given the cost of some of the hotels at the beach the Wayside offered the best for an acceptable cost.

Cannon beach Oregon
Great location and VERY clean with a stove , fridge and all you need to stay for a few days I would highly recommend this motel in cannon beach Oregon The screw and brew has good service , food and drinks just up the road Check out the little store a block up the road in the beach side … nice folks

Wonderful
From arrival to departure, we felt welcomed and valued. Super-helpful staff, immaculate rooms and a big hot tub. Ideally located for a good walk to Haystack Rock and the downtown shops and brewery. Set back one block from the ocean, the rooms have a good view of the waves. If you want the roar of the rollers to lull you to sleep, simply leave a window open. Highly recommended.

Great value.
A wonderful place to stay. The staff was especially helpful. (Ask about chip for free bowl of clam chowder at Mo's.) The room was clean and a great value. Will definitely stay again. Easy check in and out. Only down side is there is no elevator.

A great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff so friendly. They made our 30th anniversary celebration special with a special bottle of wine for us to enjoy! We loved it and we will plan to make it back!!
