My husband absolutely loved the king sized bed. Room got nice and cool which made it super easy to sleep in.

Grand time at The Grand!
We had a large group staying in Portland as we traveled for a wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful and happy to help. The complimentary was quite good and it was well staffed. It was nice that the selection changed from morning to morning. The location was perfect for us to venture out for hikes and exploring Portland as well as getting to the wedding venue. We had an excellent experience.

Excellent place to stay
We spent 6 nights in a family suite. Comfortable beds, 2 queen in one room and a king in the other. Nice good size bathroom with a tub, plus a nice separate shower. Sofa was comfortable. A/C works well, not noisy. Breakfast was good. No omelet station, but that was ok. Nice room, no TV, so people are carrying on a conversation or looking at their phones. Quiet. Windows look out to a quiet street and runners and walkers going by. Plenty of parking with decent sized spaces. We walked over to the mall area for a lunch at Shake Shack. The last night we walked back after having dessert at Salt and Straw. We also had a nice dinner at Pastini. It’s close to I-5 but it’s not noisy. To the south we did a day trip to Silver Falls State Park followed by lunch at Filbert’s. I recommend both. If it’s earlier in April I recommend getting tickets on line and going to the Woodburn Tulip Festival which is about 30” away. Very nice staff. We have stayed near Washington Square before, but this will be our new go to place to stay.

Great location, quiet, great staff!
This hotel is right off the freeway, a couple blocks from Bridgeport Village shopping and restaurants, whole foods grocery, pool and breakfast included. Lots of wine for sale at the lobby area but wish there was a bar. We will stay here again.

This truly is a Grand Hotel
I can't really find fault with this hotel. Our room was wonderful and in a quiet corner as requested. Housekeeping is offered every day. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. The menu changes every day. All of the food offered for breakfast is really good. The hotel lives up to its name. It really is grand
