Great stay!
Beautiful location! Rooms are so fun and cute with the themes. They are so accommodating and do their best to get you anything you need for your stay. Missy was so helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Value is pretty much there for me. I think hotels are just expensive out in this area and how accommodating they are made it worth it.

Comfortable place on the water
This was a pleasantly unexpected and unique experience. My wife and I were on a road trip around WA-OR-CA and I was looking just for a place to spend a night on the way to CA. The Florentine was conveniently located and the photos looked nice, so I booked it. It ended up being even better than expected. The hotel is located on a lake, as the name suggests. The location is about 15 minutes drive from a town with stores and restraurants. Very quiet. The room was clean and finely and comfortably appointed, it did not feel like a hotel at all, more like a vacation home. There is a well-equipped kitchen with pots and a pan, a fridge, a microwave, glassware and utensils. The room is spacious, sound isolation is great - we did not hear our neighbors at all. The hotel has kayak rentals and a private pier. If you are thinking of spending several days on the lake kayaking or fishing - the Florentine looks just the ticket. The hotel is a very modern operation: do not ignore the welcome emails, register online and you'll get a door code in your email. That is very handy for a touchless check in. Kudos to the Florentine for this level of automation!

A Boutiue Novelty in the Making
A very quiet, secluded boutique hotel that is a work in progress, having opened in June 2025. The cabins were very clean and unique. The staff was very friendly and responsive to needs. The grounds are being renovated, hence it remains rustic but the visions of the owners and their speed of forward progress will continue to make this boutique hotel worth a visit. My wife, son and girl friend, and I truly enjoyed our stay. We will return!

Peaceful Getaway
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice peaceful spot, with very friendly staffing, soft beds to land in, and easy access to Florence. Missy was readily available at any time and very friendly, especially to my very chatty kids. It never got very noisy at all. It felt like a peaceful retreat to relax for a perfect vacation. And the view every morning? 10/10 experience all day every day. I can’t say enough good things, truly.

A lovely romantic spot not far from Florence, and the dunes.
What a beautiful and quiet spot! I wish we had stayed longer. Our cabin was the Sage Suite, and it was delightful. Someone spent a lot of time decorating, and the result: charming. We loved having our own kitchen (petite) with the touches of nice plates and silver ware, our rooms (a murphy bed for me and a small bedroom for my mom), beautifully decorated, and the lovely small bath with a walk in shower. The owners are a young couple, obviously creative, and still working on the site. I recommend you try it out, but only on the condition that you plan on treating the furniture respectfully... must have cost them a pretty penny to put that all in there. You do need to bring your own food, probably the closest city is Florence, but there is a charming small marina nearby. I adored watching the sun rise--- gorgeous.
