This site needs some major updating. They have no diabetic friendly options for diabetics on there very small breakfast. I ended up having to pay for breakfast somewhere else. Wasn't worth the price i paid for a hotel. The beds are old and worn out. Not comfortable at all. The room was dirty and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed at all.

Needs a facelift, maintenance and a good cleaning
I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the entire building, especially the hallways and the rooms. The maintenance was horrible. Our guestroom floor was extremely insufficiently vacuumed, and the furniture in our room had food and grime slopped all over it

This place is filthy and unfriendly
This place was terrible! Filthy carpet and unfriendly staff. Room was serviceable but not very clean. No elevator and way overpriced for the conditions. I really wish I could list some redeeming qualities, but there weren't any. The bathroom had some mold in the corner.

Nice staff and comfortable room, good choice for a night in La Grande, OR.
We had no choice but to stay in La Grande due to weather conditions and the roads being closed. We also wanted to use our Wyndham points so we picked the Super 8. The check in process was smooth, the woman at the desk was helpful regarding restaurant options, and our room was comfortable and clean. Beware there is no elevator if you are on the second floor. We didn't mind as the exercise was much needed! Everything in our room worked as it should. Overall, the Super 8 was a good spot to spend the night while we waited for the roads to clear. Later, realizing I had left a new sweater there, I called back and both the front desk person and the manager were super understanding and kindly agreed to go to UPS to mail me my forgotten sweater. Note that the town is small but has good options for dining. We will probably go back and spend a bit more time checking it out further.

Horrible service
We booked a room for 2 nights and it was possibly the worst place we have ever stayed! When I walked into the front doors the girl behind the counter just looked at me with our saying a word and just stared at me until I said I need to check in. She proceeds to start checking me in and never said another word to me until she did her speech about breakfast and so on. She then gave me 1 key card and didn’t even have the decency to say good bye just more silence!! We then tried to get into the building with all our luggage and the dang key card wouldn’t work, actually NONE of the doors except front door worked for us the entire 2 days we were there. The pool area was nice but the door was extremely hard to open, my husband had to really yank on it to get it to open. Seemed like the door was swollen or something. During our stay we had to go to the front office and get 4 different key cards because ours would randomly stop working. Our hotel room was clean, but we didn’t even have a phone in the room and the tv hardly worked. I had the un pleasure of having another run in with the nasty front desk girl when we needed something and again she was so freaking rude and un pleasant. I paid an un godly amount of money for 2 nights and I atleast deserve to be greeted with a smile and a hello. I didn’t catch the girls name but I highly suggest you look into who was working both June 22nd and 23rd in the evening. She needs to be replaced with a much nicer greeter because you lost a customer due to the horrible way your hotel treated me and the bad service we got. DO BETTER!!!!
