Been staying there for over 25 years, there clean & comfortable with great access for golf. The problem is they’re overpriced and not accommodating to their customers these last few years. We show up at 3:45 pm to check in, we were told the rooms were ready but check in is 4:00 pm if you’d would like your key now it’s an additional $50. Or you could go and have a couple drinks and come back. If you want ice it’s $5 bag.

Excellent place to stay to hike at Smith Rock State Park. We stayed in a half yurt and it was clean and had a great view of the cliffs and sunset! Nice places to walk right out the door, too, and great for kids to ride their bikes and such. Friendly ands helpful staff, too!

Best stay ever
Second time here, the best time ever. Wonderful time, the yurts are phenomenal. We stayed in the yurts just don’t go to the bar there, they ignore you, never got to order dinner or a drink. The people who get ignored are new guests, this was the second time I tried to order food and was totally ignored (while sitting at the bar).

Another perfect visit
This was the 2nd time I stayed here- first time was with my kids and second time I came alone and this place did not disappoint! Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff goes above and beyond whenever possible. The location is perfect- it feels like a little nook of paradise hidden away- yet it's just minutes to drive out of the canyon and shop/get food or explore trails. I only wish I lived closer so I could getaway and come here more often!

Watch out for extra chsrges
I stayed at this facility two nights last week, while serving as a volunteer for a local 501C3 charity. I was there serving the community at my own costs. The facility is quaint, but limited, given their rates. They will not let you check in until 4pm, “because it takes time to prepare”. I arrived at 2pm because I had to start serving at 4pm. They require a $50 up charge to check in early. $50! They did not have to do any extra work, the room was ready, and available. There was only one additional vehicle in the entire parking, they were hardly overwhelmed. This is a rip off, a blatant action to up the margin! By the way, on my checkout day I departed at 7am, no reverse credit for checking out early, “so they can prepare”!
