Great stay!

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. Dorothy went out of her way to insure that we were well taken care of with an upgrade to a lovely suite with lounge access. What a treat! Thank you so much, Dorothy! We will be back!

Beware Major Health & Safety Concerns!

I’m not sure where to start, should it be the disgusting room where the previous tenant left their bloody toothpick and pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the un-vacuumed unit as a whole, the non-working heater or the fact my girlfriend got stuck on the elevator that crept up and plunged for 70 minutes without the hotel staff showing an ounce of empathy and complaining, while she’s entombed in a steel box, they could be fined?! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! Oh’ but lets end this with the lazy bleep manager not having the decency to even apologize or contact her after this horrifying event. Do you think they filed a report? Not a chance, but there is a public one now.

OK for a Longer Stay

We spent a week here while we were in Portland for a hobby convention. It's about a 10 min walk to lightrail and shopping. Room was medium sized but ok for us. There was a good mini-refrigerator. The breakfast and snacks provided for club members were ok. We would have liked a hot breakfast, but what we had was ok. Wifi worked well with no issues. TV was ok. Staff were friendly and helped with travel plans (there's a good sized travel info station). There's a small gift shop too. Airport shuttle was good, and staff helped us print out boarding passes. Given that we were to the side of one of the runways, it was reasonable quiet. Ok fitness center--met my needs.

Our Oregon Excursion

We recently spent one night at this hotel as we awaited an early morning flight. Our experience was excellent from the very nice and helpful checkin lady, to an exceptionally comfortable and clean room, to a really good dinner at their restaurant, to,a very prompt efficient shuttle service we couldn’t be more pleased. We used Marriott points so I have no idea what the dollar cost was for the room but it would have been worth every penny.

Airport stay

Very comfortable rooms, pleasant front desk staff. Easy shuttle ride to the airport in the early morning hours. Online reservations quite easy to make. Shuttle bus quite full in the morning and the driver was very friendly and accommodating to lots of luggage.
