I showed up at 3:30 pm...no motel manager on site. No indication when he would be back. Only a sign with a phone number. No one answered the phone. Two employees present place 3 or 4 calls, no one answered. After 20 minutes I left. I needed to find a place to spend the night and Bandon was 35 minutes up the road. I texted and emailed messages cancelling my reservation. Then the manager finally called to say refunds only available only 72 hours before reservation time. I had made the reservation only 8 hours earlier. So now I will let my credit card company deal with this guy.

A welcome refuge from all the construction on 101 on a rainy night. Private location, very clean, & quiet. Great views. Perfect!

Quick stay
Quick overnight stay. Just needed somewhere to lay our heads. Glad I picked this place. Its very cozy and overlooks the ocean. I will certainly stay here again. It was very easy. Staff texted me the door code to my room hours before I arrived.

What a dump.
Bedding was clean, but this was a bluebottle pit. We must have killed 30+ bluebottles in the room. They came from behind the pictures screwed to the wall behind the bed. They came in the two windows and in the bathroom window flyscreen. Carpets and floors were dirty. It was nightmare. We left as soon as possible. We had stayed in five properties on our trip, but this was, by far, our worst experience in 10 years of using TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor need consider removing this business from their listings. What a dump.

Came here to Port Orford to visit our kids and found it a charming town!
The staff and new owners have really improved the quality of the motel. Beautiful views and friendly people! I highly recommend that if you're in the area and looking for a great motel,you should give it a try!
