Relaxing stay with amazing view!
Sea Crest was so quaint and quiet with spectacular view of the ocean. Comfortable, very clean room at reasonable rate. Friendly and accommodating owner and staff member.

Beautiful view and comfortable beds
Exceeded my expectations in all areas! It is not a brand new facility with modern amenities, but the rooms are charming, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Extra features such as a microwave, refrigerator, chairs to sit, a nice size bathroom, and beautiful furnishings make your stay perfect. I cannot say enough about the view of the pacific! The beds are very comfortable and the bedding, luxurious and cozy. It was very quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. I only had time to stay one night, but I will be back to spend multiple nights and explore port Orford area.

Amazing views!
Room 20 was suggested by the owner as we were asking for a top floor pet room. As it is an end room we had fantastic views out of two sides of the room. Owner was accommodating when we arrived before the check-in time. I imagine that is harder for him to do in the busy summertime, but we appreciated it. The hotel is just south of town, and it was the perfect location for exploring the area. Everything was in working order, loved the cottage type feel of the room, everything was light and bright. We enjoyed our stay. Bring binoculars!

A fly bitten dump
Too tired whilst driving and forced to stop. This was the worst place to stay. Only called as listed on Tripadvisor. Wish we had driven another 40 miles to the next town where there appeared to be much better hotels. Room was infested with flies. They came out of the walls behind the screwed on pictures, through the window frames and in through the netted bathroom window, which couldn't be closed. I must have killed 40+ flies that night. We couldn't sleep. Our worst experience ever staying at a TripAdvisor listed hotel. Avoid.
