TripAdvisor Ratings & Reviews
Didn't really know what to expect from this inn but was very pleasantly surprised. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room, 128, was a "pet friendly" room with all tile, no carpet. It was very clean and the K bed very comfortable. Was surprised breakfast was included (didn't see mention of that on their website.) There was a variety of food. Décor throughout is subtle but very tasteful. The fridge in our room was VERY noisy, but overall it was very nice. We'd stay there again.
Our room could have been cleaner and the WiFi simply did not work and the front desk really seemed unconcerned when I mentioned it was basically unusable. We are not hard to please, and we’re not pleased with this place.
Comfortable and Clean
King room was large, comfy, and clean. The bed was excellent, the pillows perfect. No noise was heard from other occupants. We had a great sleep after a days drive. Small breakfast room had basic motel fare which was satisfying. Motel had an indoor pool and hot tub we did not use but looked inviting.
Very good hotel
This is my go to hotel when I am in the high desert area of eastern Oregon in the Hines/Burns area. Good well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel. Indoor pool and spa. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have a good bed and all necessities. Good breakfast room with more than sufficient items for breakfast.
Smelly and overpriced
Stopped on our way to Crater Lake. This motel was very dated and the room smelled. The sheets etc were clean and the bathroom was very dated but appeared clean. It is right next door to the Best Western run by the same people. Outwardly, the other hotel appeared nicer but could not judge the rooms etc. Breakfast is provided but we had to leave by 6am before service was available. Burns/Hines is a food desert. Even the McDonalds was not open at 6am, our departure time, so we had breakfast down the road to Christmas Valley. Stop here if you must.
