First time here, will be back.
I wish I had gotten the name of the front desk person (checked in at 5:30pm on Wednesday, young woman with dark hair) was VERY nice!!! Our room vas very clean, thanks to Elisa. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
Loved it. First time to a Tapestry Collection. This property was remodeled 3 years ago and I could tell. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and lovely. We loved our room. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. And no overpowering scents anywhere. Great location for OHSU and a beautiful path right next to the river. Parking was easy and the staff was there to help!

very nice place. a little expensive
This is a very nice hotel. It has a very nice lobby with A nice comfortable and open concept. There's a restaurant in the lobby. Plus a little market with a decent range of items for sale, alcohol, food, playing cards The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The coffee in the rooms leaves something to be desired. The restaurant is a bit expensive for quantity. The quality is good. The parking is expensive $35/ night. There was no pressure from house cleaning knocking on doors to get one out of the room before check out lime some other places I've stayed. We stayed for 2 nights.

Excellent facility, location, views, and service. This was truly a first rate experience.
We stayed at the River's Edge Hotel over the New Years holiday and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the visit tremendously. The service was first-rate, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff went out of their way numerous times to be proactively helpful. This was true for the front desk folks, cleaning team, and the restaurant staff. It's a really great atmosphere.

Excellent Comfort, Disappointed by the Check-In Delay
I would’ve rated River’s Edge 5 stars if not for the check-in. We arrived at 4 p.m., tired from the drive from Bend, but our room wasn’t ready because of a late checkout. Staff knew this yet didn’t manage timing so the room would be available at 4. The front desk apologized and offered a lower-floor room, but we wanted the 5th floor. A small gesture—like comped breakfast or free bottled water—would’ve gone a long way. The room itself was quiet with amazingly comfortable beds and no outside noise, though the HVAC was loud (freight train loud) and hot water in the sink took about four minutes.
