I checked in late with no reservation after a long day of travel. The Radisson was highly recommended by a friend who often stays with his family when flying out the Portland airport. The property was clean and quiet and felt safe. Important to me as I was a solo female traveler this trip. The customer service was outstanding. I was greeted by Tate, who was very knowledgeable about the property rooms and rates. The room Tate appointed me was beautiful and had an awesome shower and some really nice amenities. I definitely recommend staying here. All the staff were very nice and the place was clean, quiet and affordable.

Hotel was fine, but 2 days after checking out, without being informed at check in , nor at check out, nor in reservation, they charged my card $10. for a "facility fee". I checked, was not disclosed on reservation when booked. When I called they refused to credit it back to me. I had to get credit card bank to reverse charges. Also, the reservation and booking site said free self parking. They charge to park in their lot, the "free self parking" was parking on the public street!

Amazing Stay!
Our experience was so amazing, we had a king room overlooking the pond and it was so beautiful! The staff was super friendly and welcoming (Sarah was the best ;) I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Portland!

Sarah at the front desk is a gem. Kind, courteous and efficient.
We stayed two nights at the Radisson for a family event. Sarah at the front desk is a gem. Kind, courteous and efficient. Upgraded us without asking. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Great location by the airport with paid parking and an airport shuttle. The restaurant/ bar has a good menu, great staff and a nice bar. We will be back.
