I got in at 11 and left at 7. 24 hour staff. People were using the gym. No fruit, just coffee, in the lobby. Hard to find from the airport, so check the directions before you leave. Super clean, really nice sheets.
We live about a 2 hour drive from the Portland airport. We like to stay here and leave our car with them if we have a morning flight or a return flight that gets back in the evening. Very convenient service with 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms always clean and Excellent service at the front desk. A nice restaurant in the hotel also
We stay at the Radisson before flying out on a trip. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean. The shuttle service is very convenient. Optional pay to park while on your trip is available. If flying out early they have breakfast items to go. It’s just been an all around great experience.
Mikala was the best, saved my life! I had some very important envelopes in our hotel room and she immediately went and found it for us and it was absolutely professional and kind. Don’t know what we would have done if she had not done that for us so she definitely deserves a 5+ star review. Everyone of the staff were extremely polite and kind and it was an amazing experience.
Stayed at this property due to its location The exterior of the hotel and the lobby seemed to be recently updated. Check in was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly. The rooms are seriously outdated and the HVAC system is NOISY. The mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathrooms very very outdated. Felt a little uncomfortable. It was clean but had that bed bug feeling. They provide two bottles of water in the room for free and a coffee machine as well as a refrigerator. Towels were very soft, tho scarce Would have been nice to have a true shower rather than to have to stand in a 1970’s bathtub. There are better options in the area
