We did not plan to stay here but flight delays left us scrambling to find overnight lodging at the last minute. This hotel is conveniently located, affordable and had availability. The free airport shuttle, running 24 hours daily, made the choice an easy one. The shuttle also took me back to the airport the next day to retrieve my rental car. Very impressed with customer service both at the front desk and both shuttle drivers - incredibly friendly and professional!

Perfect stay near airport
A great find! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and great front-desk staff. Sarah in particular was delightful (and very helpful!) upon checkout. Appreciated the airport shuttle, and the ticketing system (free with a stay) ensuring people don't cut the line or park and ride without a stay. The suite was huge and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We stayed here twice - outbound and on the return leg of our trip. Very pleased! It's conveniently located near the airport, yet still pretty quiet and peaceful. Sits on a nice little lake. The rooms were clean and spacious, with new, firm mattresses. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Price is not cheap, not expensive - probably about average for the area. Couple of small negatives. There's no breakfast included, which we knew when we booked. However since most of the people staying here are headed for a flight, it would be nice if they offered some type of grab and go. The restaurant is overpriced and not very good. Also, they didn't tell us when we checked in that we needed to book the airport shuttle for the next morning. When we checked out, the shuttle was already full and we had to waste money on a Lyft. Small things, and wouldn't deter me from staying here again, or recommending it to others.

This is a great staycation for me. It’s a beautiful establishment. Always clean. Amazing customer service. Especially from Sarah. She goes above and beyond. Thanks again. I’ll definitely be back again and again!!!

Nice Hotel
I was here for business. The hotel is nice and everything was clean. The staff is great especially Sarah at the front desk! I’d be happy to stay here again. The other Radisson hotel Country Inn is NOT the place to stay. THIS is the Radisson to stay at.
