We have been enjoying this inn for several years now. Love how all the rooms face the ocean & they offer several different kinds of accommodations - we always book one of the suites with a kitchenette. Since the included continental breakfast isn’t very good or healthy (sweetened cereals, pastries, oj and chocolate milk, along with bad coffee & no decaf), we use the kitchenette daily. We also use the outdoor (enclosed in glass) heated pool, which is such a treat! They have always maintained the property beautifully, but I did notice several black scrapes & marks on the doors & walls in our room…hopefully they’ll read this & do a little touch up here & there. Those are the kinds of things guests notice and if not remedied they can overtake a lovely hotel or inn pretty darned fast! We also like its rather central location in the town, but it’s also a great location, for short drives north & south to other fun beach towns.

The staff is very accommodating. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is continental but opens a bit late 8 am very basic (oatmeal, coffee, tea and cereal, only fruit yogurt would be nice to have some just plain Greek). Hotel room was a little small but we didn’t mind because it had a patio with a beautiful view! Quiet. Clean. Tv gave us a little trouble but didn’t use it much anyways. Would definitely stay here again.

We Keep Coming Back!
Our 14th year with our grandkids staying at Pelican Shores-they keep delivering an excellent experience for our family. This year, they’ve upgraded their complimentary breakfast including croissants, poppy seed muffins, new cereals, the best yogurts and chocolate milk. Management pays attention to details, offering guests beautiful grounds, classic beach wood exterior, a great enclosed, heated swimming pool and individual room decks with chairs. Watching sunsets from our deck was spectacular! Beach fires are the best! From front desk staff to housekeepers, everyone was friendly and treated us like we were family. The Wecoma area offers several grocery stores, restaurants and local shops within less than a mile, and of course the flat, sandy beach, even at high tide, makes this location one of the best in Lincoln City!

8-day vacation
This is the only hotel we stay at in Lincoln City and we have one specific room we stay in. We stay in one specific room and the staff is amazing as the housekeeping is excellent we've referred family and friends who now stay there. The only complaint that we have is the continental breakfast is really gone downhill. And as often as long as we have been staying there there's no like incentive like one free day for so many day stayed or any kind of reward system. Other than that we had family come and visit us down there and they were amazed and they will be staying there as well we will continue to come back. We do wish they had a bigger refrigerator in the same Studio that doesn't freeze everything

Always good. Customer service perfect. Cleanest place to stay. Wonderful location. Nice light breakfast offerings.
