Stayed for 3 nights last month at the end of a North West road trip. I didn’t feel the photos reflected the space. We were on the ground floor near to the road and our bedroom window looked out over the trash cans, which immediate it put me off. Our room was not sufficiently cleaned and the bedding had many many hairs, if it wasn’t for getting to bed after midnight, I would have gone to reception to complain. The bathroom had half used toiletries and the floor was dirty. It looked to have been cleaned in a hurry. Our welcome letter said that should have slippers, but none were left for us. There is no denying the value for the location and the free parking, but the spaces were really tight and were 99% full the majority of our stay, which put us off using our rental. The room was very dark and if you open the net curtains, everyone could see into your room, so as soon as it got to dust, you had to close the curtains and rely on the lamps. I may consider staying again if on a higher floor, but would check the bedding as soon as I checked in.

Attended a show at Providence Park and wanted to walk. Location was perfect. Rooms show some age but are clean and well appointed. Slippers, water and extra pillows. Friend and I shared a bathroom and each had our own bedroom in suite 501. We loved it. This 2 bedroom 1 bath had a kitchenette and fridge had orange juices. Walkable to NW 23 shopping and breakfast options.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in all year. The room smelled fresh and the parking was near to our room. Every person we met on staff was friendly and kind. This will be our hotel everytime we need to travel to Portland.

Very lovely stay
Very well-priced and well-situated hotel with excellent lobby coffee and a friendly and responsive staff. Will stay there again when I am in the area and recommend to others.

Great location in Goose Hollow
Great location, very helpful staff, full size fridge and decent kitchen. Worked very well for out stay, walkable to Washington park, 23rd, and downtown. And you really can’t beat the free parking.
