The place was clean, quiet ,comfortable and the staff were very nice. Free parking and easy walk to downtown. Nice area around hotel.

Great location and value!
Absolutely loved our stay at Park Lane. The location is close enough to Washington Park that I could explore on daily runs and walks. We could also walk to restaurants. The suite had enough space for three adults and it was a good value. Free parking and coffee were also pluses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only criticisms are that the elevator noise was distracting at night and that the shower wasn't great.

Little Gem
Great location near restaurants and parks, friendly staff, and a clean, cozy room. Sadly, we weren’t able to use the free tickets for the Japanese Garden. Overall, an amazing experience, we’ll come back!

Great value without sacrificing quality!
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a suite with a kitchenette, so we were able to invite family and friends over for dinner and get-togethers. Washington Park is within walking distance!

Great location, affordable hotel!
I’m so glad to discover an affordable hotel with free parking adjacent to downtown Portland and a dynamic neighborhood. I’ll be back!
