Lucky find

I didn't book the hotel for my conference in time, and decided to stay here since it was nearby. By the end, all of my friends were incredibly jealous! Their pool was closed for the season, while we got to use mine because it's indoors. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, and when I needed a break in the evening, the complimentary wine helped me perk up. The bed really is so comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way for me.

Oxford Suites

Very friendly staff. Area felt a little unsafe. Healthier food options would be a nice add. Talking through house cleaning schedule upfront would be helpful. I didn’t even know there was a workout facility.

NIcely upgraded hotel

Hotel was clean, updated and comfortable. Great for families or business travel with very welcoming and friendly staff. The Beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were great! Had a great sleep!

Did not live up to "exceptional" motto

Went with family. Surrounding area was a little sketchy but hotel seemed secure. Breakfast has potential of being great but staff failed to replenish multiple items even though breakfast was supposed to continue for another hour. Told upon checking in that housekeeping would not be provided during our stay. If daily housekeeping is not going to be offered this should be disclosed before checking in. Phones did not work during wntire stay so when issues needed to be addressed in the room had to call general line on my cell phone to address the issue.

A cute hotel in Jantzen Beach

Cute decor and rooms. Comfy beds. Very clean. Pretty good breakfast and a free drink at night if you get a coupon from the front desk and order it at the right time! Decent pool and fitness center. Average desk staff. It's walking distance from some fast food restaurants and quick driving distance to shopping and more food. Apparently there have been some break-in's to cars, but that's based on the area, not the hotel, though the parking lot could be better lit.
