Such a wonderful location and experience!
We absolutely love the beauty and the quiet of the Oregon Garden Tesort. The rooms are all so comfortable, and we loved our small private deck! From Happy Hour in the lounge to our delicious buffet breakfast the food and drinks were perfect! Although we didn’t utilize the dinner package this time we typically do, it’s a nice value and a great way to round out a stay! We are looking for our next excuse to book!

Ruined Wedding Night; Rude Staff & Management Dodging Responsibility
Where to start… My partner and I purchased the “Romance Package“ as a gift for a young couple very dear to us, to stay at the resort on their wedding night. On what could have been the perfect ending to this special day, it turned into a disaster due to the abhorrent customer service at the front desk. Our friends arrived at Oregon Garden Resort approximately 9:30 pm and tried to check-in. The front in clerk would not allow them to have the room even though the room had been completely paid for in advance. The couple was asked for a credit card, which they did not have. They offered to leave $400 cash security deposit, which the clerk refused. The clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful to the couple during the conversation. Out of respect for us the young couple asked the clerk that we be refunded for the room, which the clerk was altogether too happy to accommodate. At no time did the clerk attempt to contact us to resolve this issue, we would have gladly provided a card for this couple to stay at the resort. The young couple didn’t call us as they were embarrassed, tired and just wanted this nightmare situation to be over. This occurred on August 22, 2026, today is Thursday, August 27th. I visited the resort on Sunday in an effort to speak to a manager, I was told the manager was out at the time. My partner telephoned the resort manager on Monday, August 24th, leaving a message; he followed up with an email on Tuesday, August 25th. No one from the resort has made any effort to contact me, my partner or the young couple to offer an apology for the events that took place on the 22nd. I’m heartsick over what this person took from our friends. Forty years from now, our friends’ enduring memory of their wedding night will not be one of love or joy or romance. It will be that the Oregon Garden Resort refused to give them their room - a room that was to be a gift and paid for in advance. I cannot recommend the Oregon Garden Resort. We live in the area and visit the venue several times a year; we will no longer patronize the resort, restaurant, the gardens, or the Christmas light festival. If I could give a lower rating I would have done so.

Gorgeous!
Everything about our stay at the Oregon Garden Resort was wonderful. The rooms are lovely, the pool great, the restaurant food fantastic and, of course, the gardens are amazing. I highly recommend a visit whether your an Oregonian or an out of town visitor.
