Good find for the money

Our 2 queen bed room was clean, roomy, giant tv, plenty of counter space, great little fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A/C worked well without making crazy noises. LOVE the "constant fan" setting! Gentleman at the counter was helpful and gracious. We wanted to play a board game so he brought us an extra little table. Plenty of parking and we heard very little outside other than a couple of motorcycles under our window. Everything worked well in the room. No complaints.

Well... we were tucked in the corner but at least it was quiet. I understand asking the make and model of your car but the year?? It's a rental--I don't know! Very few outlets and one was so loose the plugs fell out. Clearly not much housekeeping had been done because there were spilled toothpicks behind an end table. No tissues available. Small bottles of shampoo. Nowhere nearby to eat.

Great rates but clean and stylish!!

Very nice older motel! Nicely appointed, it avoids the tired dated look common in hotels of its age. Rooms are very clean and have a fresh feeling with an unexpected stylishness for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot when I go to Bend to visit my son and grandchildren.

Basic but clean and friendly hotel within walking distance of downtown Bend

We needed a hotel in Bend on an Saturday night in August so had limited choice as we hadn't booked in advance. We found this one had rooms online so turned up to check. They were helpful and friendly and got us efficiently check in to a room with two beds for $144.35. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Fairly basic but clean and had a separate kitchenette with full sized refrigerator/freezer. It was a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Bend which was very lively on a Saturday night. We enjoyed a nice meal outside a restaurant watching the busy nightlife and cruising up and down the street. It was a great evening and a good location to stay in as we could both have a drink as we didn't need to drive.

Would Recommend for Overnighter

I would recommend this motel for an overnighter. It is an older motel whose property is well maintained both inside and out. We stayed in a double queen room which was roomy. The decor was eclectic, the furniture was not worn, and it was very clean. We considered it a good value.
