This is the pet place to go if you to unplug, literally and figuratively, for a few days. The cabins are well-maintained and the caretakers think of everything. Ted walked us to the cabin and had the ceiling fan on to help with the high temps. The river is right out the back door and the area is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. We are excited to go back again soon.

Perfect Location
You can’t beat the location on the banks of the lovely Metolius River. There’s no need to go anywhere - our cabin was beyond being well equipped and the setting was so relaxing. The restaurant a stone’s throw away provides an opportunity to step out if you choose. The best hiking trails along the river, excellent fly fishing, and Logan, a helpful and friendly caretaker. Yup, it’s expensive, but that’s what they charge for paradise! Can’t wait to return...

Forest Tranquilty in Luxury
Luxurious rustic cabins in old growth forest on clear spring-fed river. Nearby trail networks for hiking or biking. Modern appliances and comfortable furniture. Ideal for adventurous honeymooners or any couple celebrating anniversaries. Views of river from cabin decks are hypnotizing. Well-equipped kitchens. Cabins will accommodate four people. Cable and internet connection. Restaurant next door, at Black Butte Ranch 15 minutes away or in Sisters, OR 30 minutes away. More restful to bring food.

Total Heaven...
This was our 5th trip to Metolius Resort. A small number of wonderful A-frame cabins tucked in the woods, on the banks of the gorgeous Metolius River. Cabins are extremely clean & comfortable; very well stocked. The kitchen is a dream, with every convenience imaginable (and then some!). This is the place for peace & quiet & relaxation -- Total Heaven...

We enjoyed the surrounding area and being right on the river. We hiked everyday, the cabins were cute and cozy ( check review on room.) The manager was helpful. Also enjoyed going into Sisters and golfing at Black Butte.
