Lacking everything basic hotels provide
Awful motel. We stayed for 3 nights Only got 2 towels for the whole stay and they were tiny and thinOnly got one packet of coffee for the whole stay Beds are hard Thin cover on the bed. No maid service during the whole stay. At least there were no bed bugs or roaches.

Horrible experience
This place is terrible. First thing the clerk was hard to understand with HIS poor English and he had a very negative attitude talking down to women that I saw. My room had sugar ants everywhere and they got into my food and luggage. Discussing!!! The carpet was extremely dirty and you could smell the odor. Never again. I would rather sleep on the street than at this terrible place. It was a bad experience from the moment I walked up to the counter! There are much cleaner and classy places in McMinnville for sure. Avoid this place...

Very happy.
Staff were very helpful and personable. We interacted with both the evening and morning folks in the front office. The rooms are clean and basic, but we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Gross!
Online it said there were no rooms, upon calling I was able to get a room and then was put into a different room when I arrived ( I booked a king and they then switched it to 2 queens when we got there). The room we got was infested with ants and had no hot water in the shower. The window didn’t lock, the beds were rock hard, and the best was the way things were handled. When I spoke with the staff about it he said “normally we only have ants in a different part of the building and no one had hot water”. Not an apology, not a refund issued. I paid $149.41 for a night of sleeping with ants and then couldn’t even shower off the disgusting feeling in the morning.

Nope!
Won't stay again. Corporate America doing what it does so well. As little as possible. Property not well cared for. Room clean enough but probably at least 30 years old, furniture and other fittings hopelessly dated and window coverings not clean. Old carpeting. Just a tired place. Like nobody cares. A great place to stay if you really don't care about where you sleep. At least it was far enough off the main highway to not be bothered by traffic noise.
