Gross & Dirty! Hair on the pillow and in bathtub
Gross! Room had not been cleaned! Big clump of hair on shower wall and hair in the bathtub. Hair on the pillow and crumbs and black spots on the sheets and pillowcases. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way. Flying bugs swarmed outside the door and dead bugs along the door frame outside and also inside on the floor. Floor was really dirty. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable and went to a nice hotel instead. The front desk guy admitted it was unacceptable and said they were having a bad day. So apparently if it’s not a good day for them they just rent out dirty rooms. Yuck!

Only adequate.
The price of $78.94 cents for one night was about what this motel is worth. Small room with few to no amenities. Only one plastic cup in the room for two, no hairdryer, no iron, no ice available after two trips to the machine. No complimentary breakfast. At 9:00 am there was no regular coffee available on the lobby. Choice wisely before coming to the Maverick.

Budget friendly
So this a budget hotel it's ideal for my purposes. Comfortable bed, good-sized room, and an old school shower that rains, not dribbles. Unlike the blurb, there isn't any breakfast, and my one real gripe no coffee in the bedroom, but I had my own and a 50c cup from wallmart, and the room microwave sorted that. I was here 10 nights. The room was cleaned every day for four, then stopped, so I'm not sure what the frequency is. The place isn't perfect, but It's fine. Just don't expect the Crown Plaza for Coca cola money.

Stinky, And Scary
This motel is awful. Stinky room, and area felt unsafe. My friend and I elected not to stay, no courtesy refund offered. It appears they are attempting a few upgrades with laminate flooring, as boxes of flooring were stacked against the lobby wall, however a match stick might be a better option for this place.

A cheap motel, you get what you pay for.
This motel is under renovation. The rooms are tiny, bath towels old, worn and very skinny, rooms very small. It is noisy and the light from the sign shone right in our room at night. There iis no coffee in the rooms and there is no coffee at the desk. In spite of showing a nice breakfast bar on the website there is nothing and the staff were rude about not offering breakfast. The door was so drafty it was noisy. I guess you get what you pay for, I would not stay here again nor advise this location. After two weeks travelling the Oregon Coast and Northern California this was our worst motel experience.
