Beds are extremely comfortable
Everything was great except having to pay a new deposit every time we extended our stay which we did 3 or 4 times that really adds up. Especially when it takes a week or more to get the money back.

The only redeemable thing about this place is that it's pet friendly, so our pups could join. We were next door to people who yelled and partied all night with about 10 other people. Then, after no sleep, at 9:00am, there was vacuuming right outside our door. The walls are thin, so I guess if you're lucky and not next door to disrespectful people, this place might get a 2 star.

Perfect Spot for our Stop-Over!
Perfect location for our stop over. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms was spotlessly clean and was a comfortable place to rest our heads for the night. It had everyone we needed including breakfast which makes the morning so much easier. Can not beat rios place anywhere for the money!

Do not stay here
Terrible hotel. I'm frustrated that some hotels don't clean your room daily. However, this hotel claimed they would clean it after 3 nights, but it wasn't cleaned until after 4 nights. I had to ignore the situation to have a good visit.
