I had to make a last minute trip for personal business. This was the first time visiting the Portland area and this hotel. It was very convenient to shopping and good selection of restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with all requests. Responding quickly to all needs. I found the room to be clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and no issues. The complimentary breakfast was delicious we did not have to get up at the crack of dawn to enjoy.

This is the pace to stay if you need easy access to PDX. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. There are quite a few food spots within walking distance, and the shopping at Cascade Station is across the street!!

Hyatt Place Portland Airport / Cascade Station delivered exactly what you want from an airport hotel clean, spacious rooms and a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish. My room was in great shape, very comfortable, and worked well with my longer stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, and check‑in was fast. I didn’t catch the name of the front desk agent, but we had a genuinely pleasant conversation the kind of warm welcome that sets the tone for the stay. The location is one of the biggest strengths. Being right in Cascade Station means you’re surrounded by restaurants and shopping, all within easy walking distance. Whether you want a quick bite or something more substantial, you won’t need to go far. Breakfast was solid each morning with very good selections. It’s consistent, well‑stocked, and exactly what you need before heading out for your day. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable Hyatt Place with great staff and an unbeatable location for PDX travelers. I’d absolutely stay here again.
