Great place to stay
This hotel exceeded our expectations with their friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, 24-hour shuttle service, pet-friendly rooms, and great location. The fridge was a little noisy and we would have liked a little freezer section in it, but other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Great airport area option.
Quick pickup at the airport and a comfortable one night stay. Just what I was looking for! Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Sufficient breakfast choices; good coffee. I had to clip the drapes to keep the light out in the room at night, but I’m always prepared for that!

Great PDX overnight stopover
Shuttle was reasonably quick, lots of food options near hotel plus Ok breakfast onsite, very comfortable jr suite style room that was also very quiet, courteous and professional staff. And those oh so comfy Hyatt beds! Much nicer/better than comparable alternatives. Will stay here again.

just an average stay
The Good: the restaurants within walking distance the front desk service the location was also very easy to get to from the airport and to and from the work place. The not so good: the bed was horrendous the room was just ok, strange layout. if you are a light sleeper be prepared to be woken up by your neighbors noise

Problem with Bleach Smell Permeating room
Problem with Bleach Smell Permeating room made it very hard to breathe stinging eyes and throat. I am elderly and got in sore and tired needing to be at the airport next morning at 3:30 a.m. So I did not want to go back down to front desk and then move my heavy luggage to a new room. I probably should have. The shower floor tiles had black mold in grout still wet with bleach. How that can be at 7 in the evening I do not know unless housekeeping worked very late. After a few hours some of the mold disappeared. I put all towels against the gap at bottom of bathroom door & had to leave heater or air conditioner running all night to breathe at all. I did report it to front desk at 3:15 am as I left. Hopefully they alert housekeeping that was a toxic idea.
