Decent for quick overnight
Firstly, all the staff I interacted with were kind and attentive. They communicated well and were very welcoming. The breakfast was also better than the average free hotel breakfast. Beds were comfortable for a hotel bed and the plane noise was there but not terrible. If a person were just staying one night to catch an early flight this could be a decent pick if the price was reasonable. However, the quality of the stay is lower compared to other Hyatts I’ve stayed at. My room Did not have curtains, which was odd. Very few TV channels- they offer chromcast but it never could connect (others mentioned the same issues), WiFi signal is spotty at best, so not ideal for work. The AC wasn’t great in our room, got very hot at night and it took 10 hours to go down 3 degrees. The hot tub was Luke warm at best- it looked like it was set to 84, which our party really didn’t care for. I am use to hotels offering coffee all day, which they do not. Shuttle driver was super prompt and great. So, it you just need somewhere for a couple hours and shuttle to the airport and the price is right it might be worth booking, but if your looking for a couple nights I would look elsewhere.

Subpar
Staff was friendly but I think people in Oregon are generally nice. Hotel was subpar. Doors are not sealed so you can pretty much hear everything. Dont pay extra for high floor, there are only 4 floors. No bathtub or microwave in room. No restaurant or vending in hotel as advertised. Airport Shuttle van driver was nice but van was old and worn down. Oh and sofa sleeper was barely sleepable ( only sheet no blanket) Back pain in morning!

Nice airport hotel, shows a bit of wear
I ended up with a very early flight and needed to drive in to Portland the night before. The hotel was a reasonable price and had quite a bit of space in a king room. The hotel is also located really well in the Cascade Station area, so you have many options for restaurants or can entertain yourself shopping or if you need something last minute. They had a shuttle that goes to the airport every 20 minutes, even at 3:20 am. Pretty clean, but there was definitely some wear showing in different areas in the room and in the halls just due to the volume of people that must come through here every week. It was pretty quiet in the hotel compared to the outside, but I ended up with a shared internal door with someone that was pretty loud. Luckily, I just watched TV until they went to sleep and then had no issues. Would happily stay there again and hopefully get to try breakfast next time.

Great hotel choice!
I had to make a last minute trip for personal business. This was the first time visiting the Portland area and this hotel. It was very convenient to shopping and good selection of restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with all requests. Responding quickly to all needs. I found the room to be clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
