Excellent except for parking
Hotel is very nice overall and service and breakfast were good. The parking situation is difficult though. Street parking is available but can be hard to come by and only for certain times overnight. The lot in back is very expensive ($35 whether overnight or for one hour). Also, only one elevator worked while we were there and we never saw anyone trying to fix that.

Short but sweet; wish I could have stayed longer
The room was large and clean with a full (? can't remember if there was an oven) kitchen that fufilled it's purpose nicely. Parking was either street, a nearby garage or a few spaces behind the hotel for $35/day but it wasn't an issue. I found street parking easily. It's in a nice area with restaurants steps away and a large strip mall a 3 minute drive away with New Seasons grocery store and other restauarants.

Not Worth the Hype or the Price
I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and unfortunately the experience created more stress than convenience. I specifically requested a wake-up call because I had an important morning meeting. The call never came, and I ended up oversleeping and arriving late — not a great start to a critical workday. When you’re traveling for business, reliability on basic services like this really matters. Service throughout the stay was inconsistent. On Saturday evening, the hotel bar was open but there was no bartender present, which was frustrating after a long day when I was hoping to unwind or meet with colleagues. It gave the impression that guest services weren’t being managed closely. Parking was another unpleasant surprise. The garage fee was $35, which felt excessive, especially given the other service shortcomings. Hidden or high add-on costs always leave a bad taste. I also had an issue at the front desk regarding a discount code on my reservation. Instead of a quick solution, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful, as if updating the code was an unreasonable request rather than a simple customer service task. Overall, this property did not meet the standard I expect when traveling for business, and I would likely choose a different hotel next time.

My New Go To Hotel for Business
I first stayed at this hotel couple years ago and was immediately not impressed due to the lack of friendly service by the staff, so I stayed at other hotels subsequently. This time, I thought I'd give it another try. As a Globalist, I look for staff service quality in my travels, and thank you to Danielle for your warm hospitality and superb service during my stay. Additionally, thank you to DJ for adding a personal touch on my welcome gift. Very thoughtful. Management is fortunate to have you both.

Cool
A cool, calm stay. The Internet/wifi just needs to improve. Apparently has been an issue for some time...? Other than that, very good vibes, with nice shops around the area, so you can return to your room without any issues. Very quiet and peaceful
