Very clean, quiet and worth getting off the beaten path.
This is a well maintained new facility. They welcomed our dog, so we stayed. The staff was very friendly, the facility is really clean and very quiet. It is off the beaten path yet easy to find. We'll be back.

My disappointment isn’t with the hotel itself, but with Best Western’s handling of an unexpected situation. I had two rooms reserved for two nights for a family reunion. On the day of check-in, both my wife and her sister became ill. I called to cancel, but was told it was too late—even for the second night. I was told corporate would contact me, but they never did. I decided to go alone, but shortly after checking in I had to return home because my wife’s condition worsened. I understand policy is policy, but a little consideration—such as a credit toward a future stay—would have gone a long way. There are plenty of lodging options, and for me, in the future, Best Western won’t be one of them.

Pro: Property itself was beautiful. Pro: Location was great. Pro: Hotel accommodates pets in pet-friendly rooms. Con: Poor staff to guest ratio; no answer when calling front desk; all communication is done via text; front desk frequently unattended; front desk staff inconsistent in their willingness to help. Con: Housekeeping only every five days (!) Con: Shower felt unclean. Con: Sheets were low quality and ill-fitting. Con: Towel exchange consisted of guests putting used towels outside room in hallway if fresh towels desired. Had to call (um, text) for fresh towels when none were put in our room. Luckily, I asked for extras so we wouldn't have to go through this unusual procedure repeatedly. Con: Included breakfast was very sad; stale baked goods and other unappetizing choices. Con: Price was unreasonable considering the accommodations and lack of service and amenities offered.
