Great Service & Excellent Staff
The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. I Love this place. I will continue to stay here in the future. (maybe they will look into getting a hot tub in the future and another day with social) ;-)

Fully Renovated, Great Staff & Service
I got an email from the front desk manager the day of our reservation from the Front Desk Manager, Paula Urban, that the hotel was oversold against our original booking for a 2-bedroom unit. I called her on the phone and she did everything in her power to make it right, giving us a nice break to accept (2) one-bedroom units instead and comp-ing our parking. Her attitude and service-orientation was refreshing in the current (general lack of service) climate we currently live in. She also gave us some nice information on the area when we got to the hotel. Compared to reviews written 6 months or more, we found this hotel to be fully renovated and very nice all-around. Rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices - and staff all-around were helpful and friendly. We won’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend.

Well done
Friendly staff. Well maintained. A/C broken at checkin. Reported. Portable unit provided until repair could be made next day. Service was very good. Will stay at this property again when in Portland. Well done.

Price raised $100+ more per night while greatly reducing amenities and maintenance
Stayed many times while visiting family (including during COVID - May 2021) as the location was perfect and we liked the suite set up and amenities. However, will probably never stay again. Rates are now over $100 MORE per night from last year. During stay last week, a room with Hilton discount & including taxes was $394.00/day which included a $10 per day parking fee (parking was free before). Breakfast - which used to be great - was scaled down with few options. Were told rooms were "all fully renovated". Not so. The same worn furniture and fixtures were there. The original doors still creaked loudly and fit poorly. Our room had a terrible smell - both sweet and rotten at the same time. Tried to air it our but there were dark stains on the carpet, so we assumed something was spilled on it. Did not try to change rooms as we were told they were fully booked (which we thought was strange as we only ever saw a handful of guests). The previously included evening weeknight dinners with wine has been reduced to Wednesdays only. Grocery shopping for guests - important for business travelers - has been eliminated. Rooms are now cleaned every 4 days. Without the perks, it was no better than a standard motel. There are several new hotel options in Beaverton with better rates, so you can do much better. On past visits I would have rated this hotel as a 5. Now it is just sad.

Beaverton stay
We were pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff when we arrived. It only took about 4 minutes for check-in and receiving our room keys. The room was very clean, linens crisp. Would definitely stay here again, if we are in the area.
