Check in was quick, lots of parking, clean room, it appears it has been renovated recently. Nice and large tv, comfortable beds, mini fridge and clean shower. I had to stay for one night and the bed was extremely conformable. I was able to plug in my HDMI stick to watch tv, glad my device had a long power cord as there none AC outlets by the TV,only at the desk but was able to plug in with no issue. I had a first floor room so vaulted ceiling were a plus for me. Noise level was a bit bad as I had someone on the second floor waking around too much. Will definitely think about think about this property in the future when flying out of ontario.

Great experience
Stayed for about a month, and had a wonderful experience. Housekeeping and reception workers were all great, it was fairly quiet most of the time, unless people were slamming doors, and it was easy to keep the thermostat set how I liked. The shower didn't have great pressure, and sometimes the tv would lose a station if the reception was bad, but I slept great. Internet was strong, bed was really comfortable, and there was a guest laundry that I used weekly. Everything was clean and modern. I did notice that my rate was supposed to include breakfast, but they didn't have free breakfast, only a coupon for five dollars off at the attached restaurant. I only went once.

Check in was friendly and efficient, room was spotless, sheets were high thread count, bed was comfortable, pillows were different firmness, great sleep

I am very disappointed with your property. You have no elevator, rooms are meh, property smells like a mix of cigarettes and construction, no streaming on tv. For the price I’m very disappointed. I’ve kind of given up with IHG properties because only new properties are really good and compete with Hilton or Marriott. As a low level IHG guest I have no recourse other than to reach out to management. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied over all and this just sucks. You would think that after $7.5 million in renovations they would do better.

Great for Dog lovers! And impressive remodel!
Wow! Impressive and best for dogs! Completely remodeled. We’ve been traveling for days and this was the best place we stayed in this price range. Nice new beds and furnishings. But the best part was the sliding door directly to the grassy area for our dog. Some rooms faced a beautiful courtyard and pool. So convenient for pet owners! A+++
