Staff were great! Stayed here overnight after attending an event in Fairview a few weeks ago. Heads up, if you miss the turn, you have to drive around and make a big loop around which is inconvenient, so to avoid that, when you see Shari’s restaurant sign, turn in there, the hotel is located past it. Although check in is at 3:00, my son and I were tired and wanted to rest, I called the front desk and they said they were able to check us in an hour earlier which was awesome. Alexa, was working the front, super friendly and my 10 year old son loved chatting with her. Kudos to the security as well! I heard a car alarm go off around 2:00 am, as I opened my door to check if my vehicle was okay. I saw a security officer going up the stairwell, I told him I was checking to see if my car was good and he said they saw a man outside walking around so they were checking both outside and in the hotel for anything suspicious. I have never seen this kind of response at the hotels I e stayed at before so this was a pleasant assurance that the hotel staff were watching over everything. The next morning, Alexa was there again and greeted us smiling. For us, the staff really made this a pleasant experience.

The hotel has very good rooms with ice machines on each floor and microwaves and mini refrigerators in each room! There is a good substantial extended continual breakfast from 630 to 900 am weekdays and 630 to 930 am weekends on Sat and Sun. There are three kinds of juice including orange, apple and cranberry as well as milk and coffee and tea including Earl Grey and non caffeine types. There is cold and hot cereal and hot eggs varied between omelets and scrambled with a variety of omelets and hard boiled eggs and bacon or sausage and muffins and bagels and yogurt! A great start for your day! Customer service is outstanding and quick to resolve any issues that occur including providing additional towels and disposing of trash when housekeeping missed making up room! Parking lot recently repaved, while we were there! For best rates book through their hotel website which will also accrue awards in their hotel incentive program. Highly recommended and close to Gresham as well as Troutdale and Portland Airport!

Great experience!
The hotel is very inviting. The place is refreshingly clean, the people were all helpful, friendly and kind. We stayed for three nights and it was a nice, relaxing experience. We will definitely book here again. It is well worth the time to join the free IHG rewards program as well.

Very good hotel.
Holday Inn Express in Troutdale Oregon was a little bit hard to find, but it is in a central location and we were glad we stayyed there. Front desk service, room cleanliness and amenities, as well as the complimentary breakfast were all very good.
