I passed through here on a work trip with just my dog. This is the first Holiday Inn I can honestly say I did not feel safe at. I arrived to check-in after dark, around 11PM. I had to wait outside for several minutes, because they lock the front doors after dark, I guess? Keep in mind, when I called earlier in the day to mention what time I would be arriving, this was not mentioned to me. So I stood outside, late at night, for several minutes while a group of people argued over McDonalds in front of the building. When someone finally came back to the front desk and saw me, they came and let me in. Parking was minimal. I had to park along the street, which made me a little nervous, since I was hauling a trailer that wasn't locked, and there was already a group of people out front arguing about food... We got to our room finally and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and large. The beds were comfortable as well. I didn't notice that my room connected to the room next door at first, but that didn't bother me, because I made sure my door was locked and I didn't hear anyone next door....that is until about 2:00 in the morning when my (assumingly male) neighbors started screaming at the top of their lungs about something they were watching. Things were being thrown, walls were being pounded on, and this all continued late into the night. The only reason I felt even remotely safe, was because I had my dog with me, who also was not a fan and spent the night growling at noises he didn't trust. The next morning I had to head out fairly earlier so I hauled my very tired soul out of bed and went downstairs to grab food on the go. I can say that the breakfast offerings were pretty decent. There were a lot of options to choose from. It was just PACKED - and when I say packed I mean there was easily close to 75 people standing or sitting while eating. It was the most packed hotel breakfast area I've ever experienced. I couldn't take a step in any direction without getting bumped into. So the place must be a popular hotel, if that many people are there. Thankfully, the trailer wasn't touched, the next morning when we loaded up. I don't know that I would stay here again or recommend it to a solo female traveler again. Which honestly is unfortunate, because the room was really nice.

So clean! Comfy , and fabulous breakfast. Wonderful!! Had everything I needed!! Trash liners, dove shampoo and products for shower use. Clean floors and bed. Amazing breakfast with so many options!

This hotel advertised one pet fee. Charged me another. When I confronted them with the problem they ignored me until I emailed corporate, then they promised a refund. Yet, in the end, they still charged me double. Beware of what is promised to you and what is actually delivered. Better yet, just choose a different hotel to be sure you’re actually going to get what you are promised.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great front desk crew. We had an "extra space" room on the 4th floor, which was really nice. It had a small sitting area that was comfortable. The only issue we had was the freeway noise, as our room faced 1-84. If you're sensitive to traffic noise, ask for a room facing west.

Perfect !!!
From the 1st phone call I knew I had made the right decision & cannot say enough good things about this hotel !!! Wonderful staff ~ kudos to Laurie, Amaya & Jordan who were the perfect combination of friendly & efficient. My room was spotless w/fridge/micro & in-room Keurig. Free wifi w/great signal & easily accessible electrical outlets. Bathroom was sparkling clean with generous supply of bright white towels & strong water pressure. Grounds were immaculately manicured. Charming patio & garden setting w/lovely water fountain. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe & secure walking my little dog & appreciated several on site pet areas complete with disposal stations. I needed to print off some important paperwork & was able to do so easily at their business center. Didn't use the beautiful pool & exercise room w/all kinds of equipment. Slept well on very comfortable bed with nice linens & fat, fluffy pillows. Breakfast next morning was well tended, items refilled quickly, tables cleared & everything clean clean clean. I especially appreciated REAL oatmeal vs instant packages w/sugar. Worth every penny & I'd DEFINITELY stay here again :-)
