Had a wonderful time
Great place. Not one big reason, just lots of little ones. Shower head was not half plugged, room was CLEAN. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and nice. Continental breakfast was great, and especial clean. The gentleman attending to it was right there checking things, wiping things down and cleaning. As far as the food, it was good. Not great but hey, its free and better than most. We will be back.

Great stay
Great view of the river and bridge!! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok...coffee hot and fresh. Not bad for a winter get-a-way.

Above and beyond expectations
Beautiful view from a large, clean and thoughtfully designed double queen room. Christina at the front desk solidified the time there with their bubbly personality, clear communication, and general delightfulness. Hot tub was clean and not over-chlorinated.

Majestic Views!
This location was outstanding! It sits right on the water with a majestic view of the bridge. That is breathtaking. The staff was helpful, attentive, and professional. The two bedroom suite was comfortable and we felt at home for the couple days we were there. We highly recommend this location!

Two Night Couples Stay
My wife and I took a quick little two night getaway to Astoria. I had a free night certificate (it’s sometimes challenging to find availability at this property) so it worked out as a BOGO. We’ve occasionally stayed here throughout the years. It’s clean, it has free parking, it’s convenient to everywhere in very walkable Astoria. The main attraction is the location and view and you definitely pay a premium even if your room doesn’t have a view. So splurge for the view. There is a pool (didn’t use). There is a free breakfast (standard hot buffet). There is no water provided even if you ask so note that. All in all it’s about mid for what Astoria has to offer hotel wise. If you live in the PNW you can do better but if you might not get here again it’s a great place to stay and just take it all in, on the river right under the bridge.
