“Breakfast included,” with one major footnote
I first went to review the hotel on Yelp, when I realized that six months ago another guest had already called them out for the same issue. Six months later, on a holiday weekend, our breakfast experience was identical. That points to poor management. At 9:20, the breakfast attendant was literally hovering over guests. The provisions were down to the nub and the eggs were gone. I asked if there were more. “No, breakfast ends in 10 minutes.” Okay—so in 10 minutes, stop making eggs. But we paid for a hotel with breakfast included, not for a complimentary breakfast. At 9:25 she was circling the room pulling dishes off tables, and at 9:30 to the second she closed and locked the buffet door—while my toast was still in the toaster on the other side. Housekeeping was the same story: the sheets were half-heartedly straightened (not made), a stack of towels was dropped on the uncleaned bathroom counter, and that was it. We might be back, but if we are, we will plan around a hotel that seems to run on the mentality that the guests are an inconvenience.

can do better
towels were old and scratchy the coffee/tea area was odd, had to use the ice bucket to put water into coffee maker was a mess the water came from bathroom that was across the room just not practical there were pubic hairs in shower so tells me it was NOT sanitized gross

A decent hotel 🛍️
This was a decent hotel for the price. When we got there we were greeted by Josh (very nice guy). We went to are room on the third floor. The view was just a building but I did not really care. The beds were nice and comfy. The couch folded into a bed and was a bit uncomfortable but it was not bad enough for me to not sleep on it. The pool was a bit of a downside to the place because it was like a polar plunge but the hot tub was very nice. Now the reason this place got four stars is because the treadmill was NOT working 😞, even worse it was the only thing not working it could have been anything else but it HAD to be my favorite work out equipment. But the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel breakfast (the froot loops were fire🔥) This place was nice four stars is a bit generous but I'm a generous person ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great overnighter after long haul flight!
Really nice overnighter. Great clean rooms and the showers are THE best in any hotel ever. Staff are super friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast smells great, which we are about to devour! Decent coffee too, and in the rooms. What more can you ask for!

Just so-so
Really have mixed feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but at least half the time there was no one at the desk and sign said you need to call the listed phone number if you needed help. The room was pretty clean, had all the usual amenities, but it was pretty stale, with almost no decorations. Mattresses were okay, but one of them squeaked when you moved around on it. The shower was clean and had good pressure, but the bathroom floor felt sticky underfoot. There was a hot breakfast that had some hot items, but the eggs were burned and the pancake machine was broken. So, not really good, not really bad. Okay for a night or two.
