Clean and recently renovated, bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, request a room that is not facing the freeway. Not a lot of noise but you will definitely hear freeway traffic. Breakfast opens at 6:30 a little to tight for being at the office at 7am. But you get the usual, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, pastries and bagels. Nice TV with HDMI plugs to connect your devices.

We arrived after a late flight and the person working the front desk was great. Very quick and efficient! Definitely stay here!

A pleasurable experience! 🥰
We were met by Jessica at the front desk who was very friendly, helpful & professional. Our room was huge as was our TV! The decor was spartan but practical. I really liked the night lights near the sink & main door! They were just bright enough to prevent a stumble on the way to the bathroom . The beds were really comfortable & the sheets were so soft. My only disappointment was not having a bathtub but the shower was fine. The breakfast was more than ample & had a nice selection. I would definitely stay there again & recommend it to others! However, don’t bother eating at the Speakeasy Bar & Grill next door as it was big disappointment!

Clean Hotel with Great Service.
Hotel is at tail end of getting renovated. Location is good. Just south of Portland near Taulatin commercial areas. It’s a bit hard to find. It’s behind a gas station and a Burgerville. Rooms are fully renovated and beautiful. Very clean and showers are roomy

The HIE breakfast never fails to satisfy, and they offer daily housekeeping. The newly renovated rooms are up to corporate standards, but I found a couple pubic hairs in the shower, the toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall, the toilet seat was very loose, and they didn’t bother covering up an outlet box from pre-renovation. I had to pass by the areas being renovated several times a day, dodging workers, tools and cables strewn across the floor, a strong paint smell, and torn up walls and floors. The workers banged away for 10 hours a day, and the heavy equipment outside my closed window woke me up. There was no warning about this construction in the app or in my confirmation email. The least they could have done is offered rooms at half off, or better yet, closed the hotel during renovations. You WILL be disturbed by all the chaos.
