Good service

I recently stayed at this hotel for a day. The person in front office Hesh, is so helpful and is ready to walk the extra mile to keep the guests happy. I would definitely love to stay again.. Cheers, Andrew

Enjoy my stay

The hotel is really nice, and clean, have hot breakfast. The location is very convenient, it is close to the mall, restaurants and Costco. The receptionist Hesh is very helpful and go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Thank you so much Hesh! I highly recommend this hotel.

Motel 6 hospitality

The hotel room and hot breakfast were good. The junior staff were friendly. The hotel was under renovation and the parking was limited. Cars had to be moved by 7:00 am for construction (until April). If you asked senior staff a question, the answer was no. No half hour early check in, no cash for tips, no towels, no parking tips, no courtesy, no printed receipt. No return for us!!

Just came from Newport, Oregon Holiday Inn Express and had no problem checking in early. This hotel did not allow that option so I slept in a hot rental car for an hour or so. The parking lot is under construction so parking is next-door at the speakeasy bar. This hotel is claustrophobic and in need of repair. See my photos of cracked walls and stained carpets. The room was cramped and the bathroom was a matchbox. I requested the highest floor as always, but they put me on the third floor. It took me 10 minutes to find my room in a maze of dark and claustrophobic hallways. There was a hotel guest directly above my room that paced the creaky floor until two in the morning. I did not sleep a wink. Staff was nice, breakfast was sufficient and well stocked. Work out facility had no water available. I I would skip this hotel as it is not up to other Holiday Inn Express and as a female solo traveler did not feel comfortable being next to the speakeasy bar.

Checked in to find a naked man sleeping in the room

Cancelled reservation due to room being already occupied. Walked in the hotel, it had a musty odor and the elevator did not work. The front receptionist stated it was unsafe for guests but that she would take our belongings up to our room. I declined and carried them up the steps only to walk in on the poor guest in his bed. The hotel seems very unclean. She said the hotel is under renovations and that they will be closing the parking lot. They have no right to be open during this and charge the prices that they are. DO NOT STAY HERE. Shame on you IHG I am an IHG gold member and will be careful about using this brand again.
