Awesome stay!
We spent one night here on our recent visit to Portland. Absolutely no complaints. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, room was great, parking underground worked out wonderfully. The photos are not accurate. I think the photos on Tripadvisor are from a different IHG location but it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Management and staff at this facility are amazing. Turned a family emergency for one group into a stress free experience for the other 2 groups. All the family stated they were looking forward to staying here again.

I checked in on a late afternoon Sunday to find out that I was booked adjacent to a room being completely demolished. Hammers, shovels, water turned off and I was ever greeted at the elevator while exiting to a construction worker waiting to get on the elevator with an entire toilet...while the elevator was working. Noisy from 9AM - 5PM with construction.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Nye was especially helpful during breakfast. The breakfast was pretty decent, with lots of choices and those great cinnamon rolls. Their coffee maker grinds the beans fresh for every cup. It's in a great location with a number of restaurants, just a few very walkable blocks away.
