Exceptional
we had two adjoining rooms (two queens, one king) for 4 days in mid august 2026 at the Lake Oswego location. we are in our mid 70s, so this review is from that perspective. the hotel and rooms were exceptioinally clean and quiet. without exception, hotel staff were friendly, courteous and seemed happy to be there. food was above average, with breakfast being the standout--excellent. guests were your usual mix of young families, single business travelers and people like us. all were just going about their business. so, this is 5 star as far as i am concerned...i cant think of a single thing that couldve been better (which is highly unusual for me). a word about the area: Lake Oswego is a slightly upscale suburb of Portland. its wooded, with windy roads and mid-upper class homes. and within a couple hours of the coast, which is highly recommended. be ready for PEOPLE. and CARS. there seemed to be CARS everywhere, in every parking lot, side street and parking spot, ALL THE TIME. lined up at lights, stop signs, drive thru. it was like everyone gets in their cars and drives all day. so Lyft is highly recommended here. the app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. it tells you how much, who your driver will be and when they'll be there, and what kind of car. hope this review helps folks in the future.

Technology stuck in 2010
It is a clean and convenient hotel but it is way behind the times. The TVs aren’t even smart TVs. You get basic cable channels only.

Great kitchen and room service
While attending our grandson's wedding nearby, we had the great fortune to stay at this location for several days. The staff was very professional; however, it was the kitchen staff that I want to now compliment profusely. The quality of their room service, especially the peach waffles, the speciality pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches, was beyond reproach. We have never experienced such pleasing room service breakfasts in the several days that we were there as we experienced during this stay. BTW, order a side of bacon.

Slept like a baby
Beautiful hotel, pool, gym, give tv, and breakfast. And... the worst bed ever. I moved the comforter to the floor to sleep, my baby didn't mind the bed, slept like a baby.

Too hot
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Everything perfect! Clean, big screen TV, luxurious bed, quiet. Huge problem: You adjust your temp (we like it cool) and go to sleep! Soon, you wake up. Everything has shut off! No AC, no fan, no nothing. You kick off the luxurious quilted covers, and lay there and sweat! It was awful! Do not stay until they adjust these insidious thermostat sensors that cannot distinguish between an empty room and sleeping guests!
