  Good ocean view.

  This is our 3rd time staying at Hi-Tide. I love the size of the rooms and the view is fantastic. It's pricey though. Starting to look rundown on the exterior. Needs a paint job.

  As always, it was a wonderful place to stay at Seaside. Awesome ocean views from the 3rd floor. Easy walk to the Promenade.

  We had a beautiful view of seaside Beach from our balcony. The room had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much and we are already planning next year's trip back!

  Great location, great value

  I was surprised at all the amenities offered at this hotel for the price, considering I visited over a busy holiday weekend and the location is so great. Free breakfast, parking, free wifi, fireplaces in the rooms, a pool and hot tub, and cookies in the evening. Comfortable, clean, and had what we needed. It's not fancy by any means, but the elements that are dated are coming around again to being charming.

  Enjoyed Our Stay

  The staff and the rooms were very nice and clean. The only problems were the faucets, kitchen, bathroom, and shower were very loose. The hot and cold knob in the shower fell off in our hands. Also, the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall.
