Seaside Birthday Getaway
The Hi-Tide was perfect for a quick getaway to celebrate my birthday and Thanksgiving. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a great view of the ocean, beach and the strand. We brought our dog and he was welcomed and enjoyed his stay as well. The building is older and could use some touch-ups, but it was very clean and comfortable.

A fine water front hotel in Seaside. We had a king with a view and it was lovely. The breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful. A great location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Great oceanfront view!
We loved our stay here! Yes, it’s outdated, but we appreciated that this relic from the past is so well cared for with its very comfy bed and cleanliness. Get a room on the second or third floor for an ocean view. Breakfast was simple but functional.

I like this place
This hotel is casual, friendly, reasonable and well located. I stay here every October to play in a bridge tournament at the Convention Center - 10 minute walk away. The beach is just out the door.
