so accommodating and friendly staff! room was super clean and tidy. hotel itself is super beautiful and i loved the cafe, bar and gym available for customers. it was a smooth sailing from the time i landed, to the time i checked out.
The hotel has welcoming staff who are willing to accommodate your needs. The room was perfect. Enough space, simple and comfortable. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I would recommend staying here again.
Awesome stay at the Harlow. Super cool room and location. I actually left my AirPods in the room, before my plane landed back in Chicago someone had called and offered to ship the back to me. That's some awesome service.
This hotel is super cute! It's located where you can easily walk a bunch of different places in the area. The room was super nice, the bathrooms are amazing. Excellent price for a hotel. The staff are beyond amazing! I will totally stay at this hotel again in the near future.
The staff at the hotel were amazing. From friendly greetings, help getting checked in and parking, to recommendations for dining, the staff were all about customer service in a way I rarely see anymore in a reasonably priced hotel. The rooms and the lobby were beautiful and comfortable. It was easy for us to drive or even walk to everything we needed. My only complaint would be that I had to go downstairs in the lobby to buy coffee instead of being able to have something in my room.
