We were recommended this hotel while we have been doing cancer treatment nearby. The staff have been great! Friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Cathy, Meg, Tristian and every one else whose name I am not mentioning here. We have been coming in on Monday and going home on Friday. They have made sure our room is clean and comfortable. And have done their best to keep us in the same room each week. Which makes things so nice and easy, for us! And it is not costing us a fortune, Thank you for that too!

My Go-To Stay for Comfort, Convenience, and Peace of Mind
I’ve stayed at this Extended Stay location multiple times over the past few years, and it has truly become my go-to whenever I need a comfortable, reliable place to stay. The location is incredibly convenient right off the freeway and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, which makes everything easy and accessible. Having a laundry room on site is a plus! What truly makes this place stand out is the staff. From the moment I walk in, I’m consistently welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. With the addition of new management and some new team members alongside the familiar faces I’ve come to appreciate the overall energy has shifted in such a positive way. Over time, I’ve seen real improvements in how the property is managed day-to-day. Things feel more organized, more intentional, and overall more secure. There’s been a noticeable decrease in unwanted activity around the property, and I genuinely appreciate seeing security presence which over seen all the commercial buildings in the area, it creates a sense of safety that doesn’t go unnoticed. The property itself is consistently clean, quiet, and well cared for. My room was spotless when I arrived, and having access to a cookware basket with dishes and utensils made my stay feel that much more comfortable and convenient. The room layout is also a huge plus. With a spacious queen setup, large closet, dresser, a roomy bathroom, and plenty of counter space. It’s perfect whether you’re settling in for a few days or need space to cook or get work done. At the end of the day, it’s the way this place makes you feel that matters—and here, I feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely welcomed every time.

10/10 Would stay here again anytime in the future
My fiance and I have been staying at ESA Tigard since November when we were first moving to Oregon. Since our arrival, the staff has been amazing. Meg is very nice and kind as is the rest of the front counter staff, the maintenance guy is really nice and so is their Porter. I'm very happy we chose to stay here while we got on our feet and established in our new home town. The property is also pretty, there's gorgeous huge trees everywhere and fat squirrels abound lol The neighborhood the property is set in is nice and quiet, plenty of sidewalk and places to walk your dog.

Delightful long-term stay
I've been staying at this hotel since April up until the current date and possibly longer. The rooms are showing their age but the staff is fantastic at cleaning them and repairing problems! The front office the cleaning and the maintenance people are very responsive to your needs.

December 8, 2025Scott OAbsolutely Unsafe for families!!!
Absolutely rock bottom in condition, care,& management. Trapped in room for hours by “Police,” activity twice within just a few days.. Explosive device(s) utilized literally within 2ft of my room/window with absolutely NO warning/or “Address,” to any of the “ Citizens,” occupying rooms. When I had the opportunity to peak out I noted 6 or so individuals in full tactical gear laying on the ground less than 8 ft away with weapons pointed in my immediate direction smiling and laughing.. within just a few days of that, property was under Lockdown & I/We were trapped again for several hours again for a “murder suspect, “ ***** I have been stying here consistently for over 30 years..***** NEVER AGAIN ******
