If you are disabled low income expecting any kind of funding don't expect any empathy and don't go here unless you're ok
Sadly I was really shocked at the condition of the room that I was put in. So much so that I honestly thought maybe that room was vacant for a very long time. It was so musty and smelled tremendous!!!! Going into it I knew that there was a big possibility it would probably have a dog smell possibly because they do accept pets especially esa animals which I completely respect and understand but you would think they would go a little above normal effort to freshen the rooms because of that reason. I took photos and videos of everything and ended up doing a full-on top to bottom left to right front to back side to side cleaning myself because then I at least knew it would get cleaned properly. I spent so much money on cleaning supplies and items needed to make the room livable and semi comfortable for my extended stay that I did not feel the least bit guilty deducting that bill from my bill when I left!!! Not one single bit, especially considering I was harassed daily while waiting for funding to come through due to a serious medical condition. I was forced to go up to the office every single day after working a 10-hour shift to have my key card activated just so they could confront me over and over and over again. Now I get that there are people out there that intentionally do things like claim there's money coming that never does and because of that, it makes it hard on those of us who actually really just need a little bit of Grace. But when I went up to the office the very first day I knew I was going to need help and to let them know the situation, (mind you this is after paying for weeks and weeks on my own and building what I thought was "good rapport" and deliver the Reasonable Accommodation, the lady absolutely refused to even so much as take my form, hear what it said, listen to any kind of logic or deliver any kind of empathy and instead chose to argued with me insisting that there was no way they could accept anything and that it didn't matter if it was a reasonable accommodation, they refuse stated they did not have to accept it or anything and I needed to pack and leave before 2:00 p.m.😳. Are they out of there ever lovin mindd?! It's the law! You cannot deny a reasonable accommodation for any reason unless it is an "UNREASONABLE" request and or would cause the business itself undue hardships which is/was impossible in this case. This is exactly what I do for a living and I tried to tell her that she could not deny a reasonable accommodation and that she needed to at least take the paperwork from me but again she refused so I didn't leave until I was Able, capable, and ready to do so. And don't worry management, I'm expecting you to dispute this and slander me and all the other things that you're going to do to try to make yourself look better and justified for your action and your team's actions but at the end of the day, I know who I am and I spoke nothing but the truth. I know for a fact you will not be able to say that as I've read a lot of your interactions with some of the other folks that have contested you.... All darkness always comes to life and light always prevails so I'm gonna keep shining 🌟 Buh~buy

Health Department on the go
Stayed at Extended Stay America (Beaverton, OR) with my 1.5-year-old daughter from June 18–20, 2025. It was a nightmare. After two nights, we woke up covered in bed bug bites, forcing us to leave early. Live bed bugs were on the bedding (photos/videos documented). The room reeked of cigarette smoke, posing a health risk to my toddler, and was filthy with dirty linens. The environment was completely unsafe for a child. I contacted the hotel twice, but they ignored me and refused to refund $542.00 charged for the full stay. My Chase dispute was reversed. I’ve reported this to the Washington County Health Department for inspection due to these hazardous conditions. This hotel’s negligence is unacceptable. Avoid this place until they fix these issues! I’m pursuing a full refund and considering legal action. Stay elsewhere !

Dirty sticky floors - haven't been cleaned in a really long time
Stayed on 7/25/25 for 1 night. Was given the "show room" which obviously hadn't been cleaned in years. We spilled water on the sticky floor. When I went to wipe it up, the towel came up super dirty - like no one had cleaned the floor in years. See the attached photo. Receptionist on duty would not allow us to switch to a clean room. "Hotel management" was unavailable and unable to do anything but offer a $20 discount. As the hotel asked, I called Extended Stay America "guest relations" at 877-651-2124. They created a "case" but that's all they do. OR Department of Health is now aware. On the bright side, it's an OK location.

Clean rooms, Quiet Environment, Kind Staff
I stayed in this hotel one night on August 17th 2025, and I must say I loved the room I got, super affordable. I loved that it included a small kitchen and everything was super clean. I also liked the hospitality from the front desk lady that attended me late at night and also the manager that was on duty the following morning. I would definitely stay again.
