This is a nice place to stay. The grounds are kept clean, the staff is friendly & helpful, and it is in a great location for business. The kitchenette has a dining table buffet style, which allows us to cook up some good meals. Also, it feels safe here and it is quiet at night. Pets and families feel welcomed. Thanks for a “home away from home” to stay whilst doing our work!
They checked me in very well & gave me kitchen items since we will be here for a little while. They even provided me with muffins/bars after I arrived 7 minutes late. Its those little things that I truly appreciate.

Stayed here to escape the heat wave nearby. None of the rooms have any TVs with working captions. Julie went thru all the rooms to find a TV with working captions without success. The hotel was able to procure a TV with working captions the next day. However, when I went there a few weeks later, the specific room was occupied so I was assigned another room without a TV with working captions. I tried two or three other rooms without success. The hotel did not want to remove the TV with working captions from the specific room to any of the rooms I was staying. The rep (can't recall her name) sent me to Hillsboro where they have TVs with working captions. There are some times when assistance is needed at the front desk. However, if a rep is not available, guests have to use a house phone outside. That would not work for a deaf person like me. This hotel has no elevators in any of its three buildings. Guests have to request kitchen stuff from the front desk since it is not provided in the room. This hotel is a very short walk from Costco. I would consider staying here in the future when the hotel has TVs with working captions in all their rooms, not just one or a few.
This is my go-to spot whenever I visit portland. Great location next to food gas and grocery stores. The front desk workers are all very generous, and go out of their way to provide you with bathroom/kitchen/bedroom supplies. Shoutout to Cathy and Julie who are rockstars. They have excellent customer service, and are truly patient. Additionally, Gordon clearly knows how to manage this place well, and efficiently. Thanks ESA Beaverton team!!
