In town on business. After brief explanation of what I needed they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean staff was pleasant. I needed a little extra time to check out so that I could finish my business, cleaning staff pleasant and made me the last room to clean which was very helpful. Affordable and I would recommend staying. One level with parking in front of the room made moving items in and out easy. Will be back in the area in the future and plan on using their service. No breakfast but there were prepackaged sweet rolls available in the lobby. For the cost savings over chain motels I could easily find coffee and snack or full breakfast near by.
This is a very nice little motel. Our ADA handicap room was totally accessible. Comfy bed, good A/C, clean. Room had fridge, micro, coffee maker. The motel is a good value - we would definitely stay again.
The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt well taken care of. On a holiday weekend, the price (especially compared to the chain motels in town) was very reasonable. This motel was the type where you park just outside your room, no stairs and very easy.
The manager is not knowledgeable about ADA regulations. She stated she had a room available for pets. I let her know that Finn was a SD, he came in with me with his vest on. She stated she didn't care. I asked for a receipted with itemization of charge for Finn. The manager escalated the conversation then placed blame in me. She then said she would not rent to me because she did not like my attitude. ADA & Oregon Law piggy states that charges for accommodations for service dogs can be added or charged. I will be filing an ADA complaint.
I rented the jacuzzi suite as a day after Christmas present to me. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It even had a fireplace! The only thing I would perhaps add would be a small table and chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The management was extremely nice as well. Its within walking distance of Creekside food trucks as well as the amazing Sons of Beer. I'll stay again!
