Worst hotel experience ever!!!
Worst customer service ever. Requested but never received daily housekeeping. After going to front desk numerous times was told we are sorry. Would not even exchange towels! Never again! Hilton you can do better!! These people need a lesson in customer service!

Deplorable stay at Embassy Suites
We have stayed at numerous Embassy Suites hotels and enjoyed every stay until this one. We are frequent travelers, and the level of service, etc. was deplorable on every level. During our 4 night stay ( March 25 through 28th) , we never had daily housekeeping service, even with me every morning asking for it at the Front Desk ( which I was informed repeatedly that this was a service that was included) , bringing my trash and soiled towels with me. ( and the Front Dest person telling me that they couldn’t touch the towels because of safety concerns, and that I should go back to my room on the 7th floor, and leave them, or take them to the pool room and leave them there!) The final straw was when I told my story (again!) to the Front Desk upon checkout, and they assured me that the General Manager would contact me with my concerns. Surprise, haven’t heard anything from the hotel. This was a very stressful trip for us, as we were transporting my husbands Auntie and Uncle back home to Portland from Hawai’i, so they could go into hospice care, We would think better for a level of the brand of hotel-if I don’t receive a response from the management of the hotel, I will be filing my complaint with your corporate office. I was a senior manager at a Four Seasons Resort, and as I don’t expect that level of service at Embassy Suites, it should be better than a Motel 6. Convenient to airport
Very convenient to the airport, great hotel except no breakfast here. I choose this hotel for its convenience to the airport. Staffs are ok, nothing great. The restaurant inside the hotel is good too with pretty good selection of food to choose from

The Hotel needs better employees and some repairs
We have stayed here several times. Each time the quality of the hotel seems to go down. This visit first we had issues trying to change our reservation prior to arrival due to a flight cancellation. The person we talked to, (Katie?) said she was the manager. She had great difficulty understanding we needed to modify our reservation for 2 couples. One couple for 2 nights, one for 3 nights. When she emailed us the confirmation it was for 5 nights. We called back and it took several minutes for her to correct the reservation. When we checked in the clerk did not offer water. She had a hard time figuring out how many drink tickets 2 couples deserved. The hotel is always under renovations. Only one of 3 elevators were working. The spinning front door did not work and most importantly the heater in the room could not be adjusted while the temps outsdie were in the teens.

Great experience
Great staff quiet hotel night reception very nice. Shuttle to airport nice. Would stay again for ease of flying out early in the morning. The staff had the best personality we’ve experienced since Covid nice to see customer service again.
