Best place for the dunes and the moon and the birds and a cookie.
When I want a cozy and relaxed time by the ocean, the Ebb-Tide provides me with a friendly local vibe that beats the generic corporate options. I always get a room with a kitchenette so I can settle in for a few days and watch the sun and moon and birds and kites roll over the dunes. But if I feel like getting a fancy espresso drink or some tasty Thai food or a ride on the carousel, it’s just a short stroll down the Prom. And don’t forget the fresh-baked cookies in the lobby at 6pm! Nibble on them while sitting by the window with the little gas fireplace to keep warm. Yes, I know it’s well weathered—that’s because it is about as close to the Pacific Ocean as one can get without camping on the beach! We should all be so lucky to be tended so well and last so long.

Good to be back!
Great place to stay right on the prom with an ocean view and a fireplace, close enough to all the shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff.

Amazing room!! ❤️ such a cute place!! Great location!! I loved the in room kitchen and jacuzzi!! And also fireplace and balcony with a view!! We will definitely be back!!

Great hotel on the beach
The hotel was excellent what a view of the ocean. We had a room on the 3rd floor. The staff when we arrived were very helpful and courteous.The room was clean.
