Below average 3-star hotel with signs of disorganization, in a great location
The location is very good, near freeways, shopping, restaurants.
The hotel, is extremely out-dated.
After the first night, and our return to our room, housekeeping hadn't come. We inquired, and we're told that dues to some religious vacations the hotel was short staffed, therefore if we wanted housekeeping, we have to inform them (they didn't tell us that at check in).
The bar was never open, throughout our 4 day stay, perhaps for the same reason as the "housekeeping".
Another day, room cleaning included fresh towels and the bed was made; another day, fresh towels only.
The morning buffet, which we used once, (it's a decent buffet), posted a sign "$15 for adults, $8 for kids". I asked the front desk if my Hilton-Diamond status provided me for a free breakfast, and I was told yes, to simply inform the server, yet we later noticed that there were no servers. There were 2 people replenishing the buffet dishes, but nobody was attending the tables, nor providing checks.
The last night, we wanted a few snacks from the front-lobby, and the attendant said my Diamond status entitled me to $30/day for snacks and drinks, per room (we had 2 rooms). I mentioned, I didn't know that, and as a result hadn't and the attendant said "it's unfortunate you weren't informed of that at check in".
The brand new shower doors is excellent, yet installed on the wrong side. You enter the shower, underneath the shower head, yet the towel hook is on the other side.
Uber services the property within 2-3 mins and the elevators are excellent, waiting just a few seconds to get one.
It was an unusual experience, to say the least.
