Interior rennovations are complete and lovely...no lingering paint or glue smells. In late July they are still replacing the exterior siding. Equipment & dumpsters use half of the parking space. Workmen busy 9-5 Monday through Saturday so you will hear hammering and drills in your room during the day. Marriott was totally mute about this remodel work on their website and in the reservation confirmation email. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. No longer a pool at this Courtyard and the "yard" will need a rennovation after the remodel is done.

Avoid this place. It is under construction and I am shocked that they are even allowed to rent rooms. I wish I would have taken pictures of the entrance. It is completely torn apart down to the frame and insulation all being exposed. Didn’t seem very safe for guests but it was too late for us to change plans.

Avoid this place..
Do not stay here. You need a hard hat - and when they give you earplugs - you know things are bad. We were not told about the destruction being done until after we booked - and could not cancel. They lied about working times and what was being done. There are exposed wires, debris and nails and dust etc everywhere. We walked out one door to realize we were under an active crane - that was lifting supplies The fire alarm in our room malfunctioned at 2am - and we were told yeah - that happens. The staff admitted that it was a disaster and most guests were upset and they had to give numerous refunds. Avoid this place..

Great location near a lake and wonderful trail. The staff was super friendly. The king suite is large and deco in modern theme. Super clean. The front and balcony were being updated so not much can be seen but that is just a temporary issue. Across the oparking lot is a plaza where one can get foods - pizza, starbucks etc.

Safe clean. A bit noisy and pot smell
Pot smoking in hallways stinks up whole floor. Parking an extra $10 dollars they just tack it on. I liked the business area. Staff friendly. Tv huge and great!! Room clean and modern. Mini fridge noisy.
