wheelchair users beware
I reserved a wheelchair accessible room and was dumbstruck at what was considered ADA compliant. The bathroom wasn't even close to being accessible. The door opened into the room, making it impossible to close unless I rolled into the shower and folded my footrests to turn around. Even though a shower chair was provided, the configuration of the narrow shower to the bathroom made it near impossible to transfer; my husband had to assist me. There was only one grab bar, which was installed on the wrong wall! Access to the toilet was a joke. The space was so narrow, I had to back into the room to get close. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Hotel is good, nearby area is filthy with homeless camps
If your ideal stay near homeless camps full of stench, public defecation and sex by all means this is the spot for you! Hotel and staff were very good. It's just that the location is full of homeless camps at the great parks nearby that we would have liked to visit.
Great staff, comfortable beds. We didn't not like the pillows because they were extremely soft. The room, bathroom, and sink were cleaned. Free breakfast was okay. There were few homeless around the neighborhood. Affordable place to stay.
The hotel is great, room are very clean, a lot of space, the breakfast was so yummy, the cafeteria is clean too, the room has a big TV, microwave and a fridge. Breakfast was excellent, yummy food, a lot of choice (compared to the other hotels). Thank you! 🌞
