I have no idea how the reviews for this place are good. Management must be paying for 5 star accounts. Anyways to get into it, immediately upon entering the room, you can hear everything through the walls. There is no discretion, and no peace. Whether its elephant thumping above you or love making behind you, you'll hear it and be uncomfortable. Second, when you request a new room due to being so disturbed, the front desk person will look at you with a crooked smile while picking his belly button and rubbing it like he knows what's going on, but doesn't care to help. I asked repeatedly and the first two responses were, "I don't think I can change rooms." Then it was "We don't have any other rooms." It was finally when I asked a third time, mentioning I have PTSD, he quickly assigned me a new room which just magically appeared. So now we have a liar working at their front desk. Upon receiving my room keys, I quickly left, threw the keys in the garbage and decided to go home and try a mini vacation next week at a different hotel. The hospitality and "comfort" at this hotel are abysmal, avoid like the plague. I appreciate anyone who reads this and follows suit.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived (to be honest the "Be back in 5 minutes" sign was always on that desk during our two night stay). When someone finally came to check us in, we received absolutely no welcome. We were checked in with as little interaction as was humanly possible. Was far from welcoming. We didn't even get the usual information - no mention about breakfast hours, pool hours, WiFi or the fact the hot tub was out of order (which was a huge disappointment as we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub as we knew we had lots of hiking prior to checking in). The pro was the room size. It was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, the shampoo dispenser was broken. The free breakfast had protein (sausage), which was nice. The waffle mix dispenser was not working great and a gentleman helped by swapping it out with a better one so that service was helpful and appreciated!

Everything was comfortable and clean. There was a full breakfast out in the morning also. I’d definitely stay again.

The posted pictures of the rooms are old. There was something on the walls, I hoped it was coffee or food but it was dirty none the less. The bathroom doors hits the shower and feels like it’s going to break the attached pole. There were random holes in the walls. There was no liner to the shower curtain so water gets on the floor. The bed is literally like a box spring you lay on, I have never laid on something so uncomfortable. We were told upon check in that the hot tub was broken and the spas in the rooms (which is unfortunately why we booked this hotel). The water runs very cold and has to be turned up completely to feel warm. If you just care about a bed and low price, then this hotel is great. If you want to be comfortable and not worry about what gross things could be on your walls, look elsewhere. The staff was nice. This hotel needs to be updated as I’m sure it was nice 10 years ago but hasn’t had any updates.

Staff is extremely nice and professional. The room was clean. The waffles are always a plus! Over all great experience here compared to others we’ve stayed at this week. We went To the breakfast room towards the end, food was almost out and manager insisted on making more.
