We checked today, expecting a nice room, instead we have a totally handicapped room right next to the lobby. I asked politely if we could please get a larger regular room. Front desk refused our request. Won’t ever stay here again, rooms aren’t that clean and it smells bad.

I stated recently at this hotel, the staff is very friendly when checking in and the room was very clean. I was surprised by the nice selection of breakfast they had also. And this location is very close to shopping

Stayed here for one night with my family of four. It was around $100 for the night. Pros: -The rooms were clean and conveniently laid out. I like how the sink is outside of the bathroom. -Parking was ample. -Wifi is free and fast. -Cable tv was good. -Includes a mini fridge (that works!) and a microwave. -Free Breakfast is good. (Bacon, sausage, eggs, muffins, toast, coffee, juice, hashbrowns) -Checkin/Checkout was fast. -Convenient location. Very close to the Washington Square Mall. Cons: -The elevator and sliding front door of the hotel are a little worn so may not leave a good impression but they still function just fine. -The rooms were a little louder than I'd prefer. Could hear neighbors and crying babies. -Outside had a marijuana smell on occasion.

Attended a class reunion nearby so chose this hotel. It's small in every aspect except the tv which is too big for the room. The room was dark even with every light on, one sink, outside the bathroom but kinda in the bedroom. Smallest of toilet, shower combinations. Door hinges in bathroom were rusty, but shower looked nice and clean. All the doors looked like they had been in another hotel. Our room door let enough light in to move around at night without bumping into anything. The window did open which was nice. And my wife liked the full length mirror but again the lighting was awful. The bedding was oversized so it all comes undone when sleeping.The elevator was loud and bumpy. The breakfast and coffee were good although the powdered eggs were a little dry. But a decent selection of cereal, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, yoghurt, bagels, etc. The front desk people were very pleasant and friendly, they need to keep them.

Not a good stay at all! Came in door is broken, dirty environment, and worse of all the room had wet sheets, and a awful odor smell that reminded me of a very old house. This hotel isn’t what it looks like in the pictures. Very disappointing.
