Unprofessional
Be aware! This "Inn" has poorly trained staff AND a non-responsive General Manager, Kishan Naria. My husband and I had a reservation to stay for 2 nights. Our room was on the ground level in the section farthest from the lobby. These rooms have not been updated and feel a bit isolated. On our first night there we were awakened after 11pm by a person pounding on our door and shouting, "Maintenance! I need in". I looked through the peep hole and saw a man with black pants and a white t-shirt. I told him we did not call. He repeated, he was maintenance and needed in. I told him I did not know who he was and was not letting him in. He left and i could hear him pounding on other doors. When he came back the next time he yelled the same thing and then showed me a blue key that he said proved he was maintenance. I told him he was scaring me and if he did not go away I would call the police. The next time he came back, we called the police. When we told him we had called the police, he said, "Well I'm calling my manager". Why didn't he do that to begin with? We shortly received a call from a woman who said maintenance did need in. We told her we had already called the police and we were waiting for their arrival. The police arrived and 2 maintenance men came in and accessed the electrical box that was behind a picture and threw a circuit breaker and left. No apology for the disruption. We got back into pajamas and went back to bed. Then another knock on the door. This time the police were standing there with the manager, Carl. The police said Carl wanted us out of the hotel. He never even asked us what had happened. We asked why we were being evicted. He said because we had called the police. The police said he did not need a reason. I asked for a refund. Carl said we could sort it out in the morning. So....... We got dressed, repacked and went to find another hotel. The next day we went by the Cimarron. No Carl and no one could get a hold of him. Went by the next day again. No Carl again. We asked them to call Kishan, the General Manager. We were told he was on vacation and could not be disturbed. We left out number. Called several more times, never any response. The hotel did refund the second night finally. But never any response on treatment. I would not have taken the time to write this negative review if Kishan Naria had taken the time to call me. Hopefully Kishan will talk to his employees about professional behavior. If the maintenance man had knocked and said, "I'm sorry to disturb you this is _____________, with Cimarron maintenance. We have an electrical issue in another room and unfortunately the electrical box is in your room." Inconvenient, but believable. Instead he ranted like a maniac. AND not sure what caused Carl to overreact?! He wasn't there to see what had transpired and never asked. AND not sure why Kishan could never return a phone call. Clearly customer service at the Cimarron Inn is NOT a priority.

Good lodging in Klamath
Nice clean facility. Room was fairly large. There is an outside pool that was well maintained. Breakfast was ok but not memorable. Dining facilities were close.

Every Need Fulfilled
Getting all the basics right counts for a lot after a long day on the road. Room clean as could be. Pool cool & refreshing. Beds comfortable. Parking right outside room. Desk clerks courteous. Location convenient to multiple dining & shopping options. Not a single problem!

A Gem of a Hotel for a Great Price
What a gem of a hotel with reasonable price and extremely nice Queen room. I stayed here for one night as stop over while driving back from San Francisco to Portland. I had a queen upstairs room in Unit 2 which was a very quiet section behind where Starbucks was. Parking was easy. Great amenities in the room. Large bathroom and changing room and lovely chair to sit on next to bed. The air conditioner was great for the 98 degrees out side. Some folks complained the air was directly on the bed. I solved the issue by moving the upholstered chair in front of the air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable, lots of down and fake down pillows to choose from. The room was totally environmentally friendly. No perfume smell in the room at all. Soaps were earth friendly. Microwave was easy to access. Wow the mini regrig even had a separate door for the freezer. Excellent HOTEL, really friendly staff. I did not eat in the breakfast room since I had left over food in my room to eat. I would stay here anytime again. Safe, clean, modern and fabulous gem for a great price !

OK for a night, but I've stayed in better for cheaper in Klamath Falls.
A newer Thrift Motel, clean room, and in a good location. It was a bit pricey considering the microwave did not work properly, the bed springs squeaked at every small movement, it took 25 minutes to check in considering there was only one guest ahead of me, the pool was not open (a 90 degrees day), and if you wanted a free continental breakfast just stand in line (the small room was packed)...also, I thought the sign on the ice machine threatening a $25 charge if you took too much ice was a bit "tacky"...
