Nice but not worth it. Provide what you advertise
My husband booked this trip for us as a surprise staycation. We stayed in a One Bedroom Cabin with hot tub. I will start out by saying that one of our biggest pet peeves is false advertising. If it’s advertised, provide the item or adjust the price, pictures, and description accordingly. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the cabin has a door in the living room that opens into another unit. We were under the impression that we were the only ones with access to the cabin. There is a separate front door so obviously 2 separate units. What was shocking though is that it was advertised as having a private deck and hot tub, this is absolutely not the case. When I asked what the other room was about, I was told that they also rent those out but the hot tub is only ours to use. Are you kidding me? The hot tub is directly behind the additional room with their outdoor seating a foot away from the hot tub and their bedroom window about 4 feet away. If someone was out side enjoying their part of the “private” deck, we would be able to smell their mouthwash, I’m not remotely joking. My husband was ready to load the car back up and leave based off this alone. Other items that were advertised and not provided and other issues 1. Table and 6 chairs. Ours only had 4 and there is no way 2 more chairs would have fit. While it didn’t matter for this trip, that could have been problematic had we planned on needing that amenity. 2. Surround sound. Only 2 of the 6 speakers worked. Yes we are well versed in how to work sound systems and finally gave up after troubleshooting for 30 minutes. 3. Lounge chairs. No lounge chairs in sight. Sofas are fairly uncomfortable to watch tv as the tv is so high on the wall. 4. WiFi did not work. 5. BBQ igniter was broken. Half of our meals were planned around using the BBQ so we had to take over an hour out of our trip to go to town and purchase a lighter. 6. TV remote batteries were dead. 7. This one is open to interpretation but I would not call the kitchen a gourmet kitchen. Plastic cooking utensils, flaking nonstick pans, and an incomplete set of mismatched knives that were incredibly dull. 8. Hot tub controls were worn and impossible to read. It should also be noted that you have to park away from the cabin and the walk can be longer than expected and potentially icy. Our walkway was not cleared, only a couple spots where ice melt was tossed and snow on the deck and steps made them super slick. Ultimately I would prefer to not stay at Brasada Ranch again if given a choice. I’m not a fan of spending my less than 48 hours continuously calling the front desk about issues that aren’t quick fixes or having maintenance in fixing things. Mostly it’s the issue of false information on their website and multiple items not functional. It’s just unbelievably frustrating and disappointing. Giving 2 stars because the cabin was fairly clean, however, I would expect a resort with awards from Condé Nast and Travel + Leisure plastered all over their website to not need a deep descaling of the shower, caulking drips in the tub, and cupboard doors needing a good degreasing. We both had very high hopes, sadly we were left wanting and disappointed.

Relax with a view
Brasada is such a wonderful get away and place to relax. I've been three times now and look forward to the next trip to. They never sweat the small stuff and make everything very easy and always treat us well.

Beautiful setting for family gathering
All of the staff were super friendly and the setting is beautiful. Visiting in December, I'd imagine it is beautiful any time of year.

Our go to place in Central Oregon
From the moment we walked in to check in to when we checked out, the staff was fantastic. Heck, even the lady cleaning rooms was happy and helpful which you never see. The views from the rooms in the Ranch House are amazing. We have been several times, and we never tire of the place.
