Cant wait to visit again!
We stayed here the first night of our 4 day rafting trip with Row Adventures. This place was beautiful! Deer grazing on the property, rough skinned newts in the creek, the cabins were SPLENDID! Hosting staff were very friendly and the food was amazing!

Basic, Comfortable Lodge; Friendly Proprietors
This lodge is uphill, so a bit difficult to get to. The family managing the lodge are engaging. The cabins ate nice, though power is available only until 10:00 p.m., as the generators can’t handle the power needed. Food was good and the cabins were clean and comfortable.

Day 1 on The Rogue River
This was our 1st stop on the 1st night of a 4 Day Rogue River Drift Boat Fishing trip. This was my 1st time on the Rogue and of course my 1st time at this lodge. It is a bit of a hike uphill from the river to get to the lodge. Lodge is rustic with its own charm. Several cabins all have lighting and hot running water in the rooms. Our room had 2 twin beds and the mattresses, I was told were newer and were pretty comfortable. The room had a bathroom that was separated by a drape from the other room. There is lighting only and the lights go out at 10pm sharp and back on at 6am. It runs off a generator. The River Guides did all the cooking and clean up for both dinner and breakfast. Our guides provided a wake up door knock at 6:30am pouring coffee to help make sure we stay on schedule. Nice place and very convenient for our 4 Day River Trip.

Beautiful views of Rogue River
This was a stop on an overnight river adventure. Very cozy with lovely river views. Basic cabin with comfortable beds and hot showers. The orange rolls were delicious with our dinner and they explained that the recipe was handed down for many generations. Great dinner and breakfast with helpful friendly staff. Deer in the yard were not afraid of us at all. Very cool!

Hard to get to but worth it.
My wife and I took the 4 day hike down the Rogue River Trail (through Orange Torpedo hiking trips) and this was the first lodge we stayed at. The hike down the mountain to get to this lodge is hard (very steep). The lodge and grounds are beautiful, lots of deer grazing on the lawn. The dinner and breakfast they prepared was good old fashion comfort food (yum). The cabin we slept in was clean and the bed comfortable. Be prepared for lights out at 10 PM when the generator goes off (I was asleep way before then). All in all a great experience.
