Honestly, I am not a fan of Best Western properties overall. However, this stay may change my mind. The room was quiet, very clean, and very nice all around. But the best part of the stay was the exceptional gentlemen at the desk at check-in and check-out. They were both the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. I wish I had noted their names, but suffice it to say, they were amazing. I highly recommend this Best Western Plus if you want terrific customer service and a very pleasant room.

We escaped a house fire, and stayed here last night. Today I booked again, and went to the front desk to confirm our extended stay. The manager Jamie Hosely denied our extended stay, saying they do not accept virtual payment or tap payments. Instead of giving us a late checkout instead demanded we leave immediately. She was rude and apathetic to our situation, and violated Best Westerns own payment acceptance terms. She should be fired for treating us this way, and violating their terms of service.

Great central location which is quiet and secure.
Great place to stay! Close to just about everything and way more secure than downtown Portland! King room with Jacuzzi tub pretty darn nice. My favorite store “H Mart” right down the street. I love to cook and fell in love with is store! Wish I could read Asian!! So many things look so good, but not sure what they are?? If you’re a cook like me and like fresh vegetables, you truly don’t need anything more! Biggest selection around at fantastic $$. I’m off track!! Sorry. End of my soap box, great hotel, hot typical breakfast. Biscuits and gray, sausage, bacon, etc. Just try to get a top floor! Our room with the Jacuzzi was on the first floor for obvious reasons. Family directly above had a very energetic, rambunctious boy the next morning at 6:30. Ceilings too high to pound on 😡😡. I can’t be too much of a Scrooge this close to Christmas. Stayed here at least 6 times and we aren’t stopping any time soon.

Comfortable stay!
A lovely little spot! Our family stayed here comfortably for 3 nights. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good (kids loved the waffles!), and rooms were clean and comfy.

I would say it was a decent place but the managers stanky, miserable, no life attitude changed that. I think she just doesn’t have a good life at home and she brings it to her miserable job haha
