Great room.
I had a double queen bed room. It was lovely. I had a sofa and coffee table along with a desk and 2 chairs. A large big screen TV. There is a limit that you can turn the TV up so as not to bother any other guests. I had a refrigerator and a microwave. There was coffee in the loby at all times.

Gross/rude staff/not relaxing
We rented a room that had a jetted tub, and the only reason why we rented that room was for the jetted tub and it was broken. There was mold in the bathroom, broken pieces in the room, and it smelt very musty, and on top of that we booked through the company and nothing was stated that the hot tub and swimming pool was down and it was when we got there

Don’t stay here
The staff like to harass their customers and follow them around. The rooms are in poor quality and I have stayed here numerous times. They also like to lock all the doors including the main and then when you try to get back in. You can’t find staff.

Wonderful experience!
We were traveling for a medical appointment. This hotel is within easy driving distance of the Portland VA Medical Clinic. It was the most comfortable room we have stayed in for a long time. The desk clerk that was on duty Thursday and Friday was very friendly and did a great job! The breakfast provided was really good. There was a large variety of items available, and food was tasty.

Just keep driving
I would recommend choosing another location to stay for the evening. The hotel was in disrepair and most definitely not up to the typical Best Western standards. The room smelled musty, had rusty lighting fixtures, and our AC didn't work. The bathroom was really bad, with peeling and missing wallpaper, and a shower/tub that we opted to NOT use. The rear entrances door handle had been broken, allowing entry without a keycard. If you're just passing through, keep on passing. It appeared to have a large number of people living in the "hotel".
